I booked Michael at LoHi Cleaning as he was very responsive and responsible to my requests and appointment times. He and his staff did an unbelievably thorough cleaning of the house in which someone smoked for 25 years. He sent photos of how much smoke "gunk" came off the windows - digusting - and took care using green cleaning materials as I requested. From beginning to end, it was a revelation to see the difference before and after. I was most impressed with Michael's diligence (he returned the next day to finish one task) and everything was sparkling clean and smelled great.
