Rob was outstanding. He explained everything in a way that I could understand . after he left the day, he gave me the bid. I had one more company coming in, but I already knew I was going to hire rooter guy because of Rob .he does great work cleans up after himself , each time he spoke with me he looked me directly in the eye and I immediately trusted him to do the work. I will recommend Rooterguy and Rob to my neighbors . you have a new customer for life.

Jeff spent a day at my home working on three toilets, the water heater and the kitchen sink. He was so detail oriented, conscientious, friendly and patient in explaining everything to me. It was a great experience and I will definitely call him for any plumbing needs we have going forward.

Just had Chauncy at my house this morning to check to see if I had a blockage in my sewer. He was professional and thorough. I did not have a blockage and he made no effort to get me to pay for any service. He sent me the video he took of the sewer line and my charge was zero. Great guy and great company. I highly recommend.
