This was the second company that came, as the first one we didn’t have a great experience with. It was like night and day with these guys. They laid runners and hung plastic to keep everything neat and contained. They took great care in making sure the job was done perfectly. They didn’t leave a mess behind and cleaned up everything! They worked around our schedule as much as possible. There were several “hiccups”, yet that didn’t change their mood or professionalism. They were rockstars. We are very impressed. “Excellent service from Manny. Was able to come over same day to look at our boiler not heating. Our boiler is ancient. Manny took the time to educate me on the system, safety concerns, and explain why it needs to be replaced while not being pushy. He did get it running for now. The new boiler quote was the most reasonable I’ve heard and will be scheduling a replacement with Manny sooner than later.“

“These folks have been my go-to plumber for several years now. Couldn't recommend them strongly enough. Hadn't made the time to write a review before, but last Friday night, our hot water heater sprung a leak. I called Saturday morning, they were able to fit us in that afternoon, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, with as little trouble as possible. Their rates are more than reasonable, too. We had a new hot water heater less than 24 hours after the previous one died.(Of course I cannot promise that they'll be available when you need them, and they're a very small shop, but they *reliably* pick up and tell you when they can be there, and they mean it. By complete chance, a High 5 Plumbing technician's truck was parked on the street for another job, and when we flagged him down, he was more than happy to help us out.
