As both a personal trainer and Pilates, instructor, myself…this is my escape. Not only is every instructor that I’ve had, very good at what they do, the space itself is warm and inviting. After a two week pass, I signed up for eight per month, Holding myself accountable as part of my mindfulness and stillness practice. I highly recommend the studio for all types of people, it really can be enjoyed by all. I cannot recommend this studio enough. Thank you for opening!

This is a top notch Lagree studio. Their megaformers are in great shape and are designed in a way that is more conducive to Lagree than other studios I've tried. Lagree can be overwhelming for first time attendees, but their instructors are great at explaining the class, the megaformer, and showing the class the different moves that we do as we transition to them so there is no confusion or risk for injury. Their music is always at a reasonable volume and you can always hear all of the instruction that the instructors are giving. Lagree is a really healthy workout that I find super beneficial for building deep and really sustainable strength and I can feel the effects for a few days after. Lauren the instructor had good energy - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, not pushy. The studio is big and attractive, the machines are in great condition, music was at the right volume for me (not headache inducing). Really glad to have visited and highly recommended.
