Jenna is a fantastic instructor who focuses on safe, aligned movements. She customizes each session to fit individual needs, ensuring both beginners and advanced students progress effectively. She is very particular and will make sure you learn/relearn how to move in a safe manner. I bring the techniques she taught me everywhere in my life - daily movements, barre classes, or yoga. You will always feel in safe hands!

Cannot recommend this place enough! I've worked with the owner, Jenna, for years now. She has created such a beautiful space and community at Arc Pilates for people to feel comfortable and challenged at every level of their Pilates journey. The instructors' ability to build work outs that continue to push me, and modify for anything that might be going on in my body that day is wonderfully impressive. If you're looking to see if Pilates is for you, picking back up your practice, or looking for a new studio-- try Arc! All of the instructors are amazing, and I always leave this place stronger than I came in, and with a smile on my face.

Arc Pilates is a wonderful small studio. Jenna Nelson is awesome and has really helped me get over some injuries in various parts of my body. She gives personalized instructions and attention to individual needs. I always enjoy my sessions there and feel great when they are over
