The vets and staff at Belcaro are absolutely fantastic. Dr Herman is the absolute best: he’s kind, compassionate, and so sweet with my boy, and he’s a heck of a clinician. My guy and I have really thrown him for some doozies lately, and Dr Herman has taken such a thoughtful, measured approach to figuring out what’s going on and treating him. He really thinks things through and considers them before recommending unnecessary tests, and always takes into consideration what’s best and most minimally invasive. We love Belcaro vets! We've been taking our dogs there for 30 years. (Obviously, many dogs.) They're kind, caring, expert. Drs. Herman and Otero are our primary vets and both of them have saved several canine lives. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

The whole group of people who work there are very professional. Dr. Herman is the best vet that I have ever been to. He is so knowledgeable and helpful-is always available to answer questions by phone or email.It's a long drive for us but definitely worth it.
