I wish I could leave more than five stars. We had a tricky situation selling my mom’s home recently and Ron was recommended by our realtor. I can’t say how happy we were to find him! He made our situation completely stress free and easy but more importantly, he was incredibly kind and thoughtful during the process. Ron is a rare gem these days in the business world and you’d be lucky to work with him. He cares about his customers and it shows. We had to replace some padding after some flooding in our basement and Jason got us set-up with replacement padding very quickly. Unfortunately the installer they recommended, Hector, was very rude to us and walked off the job. But once we explained the problem to Jason he apologized and made things right. I am not sure why they don't hire their own installers instead of recommending independent installers, but I'm sure there is a reason for it. Does create more risk for their reputation though.
