I was looking for a groomer for my 8 pound rescue chihuahua. The Zen Den Pet Spa gave me Gretchen's business card. "Compassionate"describes Gretchen perfectly! When I drop off Blanca, I know she is ingood hands. I am given an approximate time to pick her up and she is ready and feeling good! I appreciate Gretchen's professionalism and kindness.

I had a good experience here with my giant breed pup. Gretchen was courteous and kind, and she took her time with our girl. I like that she schedules one dog at a time. We will be back and I'll update this review if anything changes!

Gretchen blew me away…and blew out ALLLL my German Shepherd’s thick undercoat! Her salon is intimate and very inviting, I LOVE that she gives the pups one on one attention and that they are not caged but she lets them roam around instead! Best grooming my pup has ever had, and at a GREAT price!
