I can't recommend DLC Arbor Services more highly. From my initial call to the moment the crews drove away the entire process was efficient, professional, and customer-focused. I met the arborist, Bill, for an initial assessment and recommendation. He was thoughtful and spent considerable time assessing my needs. The estimate that he sent was fair and reasonable given the amount of work required. The crew arrived right on time. The size of the crew and the equipment was impressive. We were very impressed with the arborist, and what they recommended. They were clearly a master of their craft. We took always too long to sign the contract (as we were still shopping around) so scheduling the actual service took some work with a few delay/reschedules. When they finally did the work, it was professional, clean, and well done. We will use DLC again in the future.

Great experience with DLC Arbor. We had 3 large trees pruned that had long been neglected. The work was scheduled and done quickly and we were very happy with the result. Also importantly, the yard was cleaned up perfectly. Very reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to use DLC again.
