Was more detailed and thoughtful that 3 other Arborists, yet also quoted excellent price -- a hidden gem. Scheduling was easy and Jeff was communicative when an earlier time became available. Work and cleanup was well performed. Weeks later, Jeff jumped on the phone to advise on some unrelated questions I had about caring for a spruce in my backyard that wasn't in the original scope of work -- he's clearly willing to go the extra mile. Would not consider anywhere else.“

“I can't recommend DLC Arbor Services more highly. From my initial call to the moment the crews drove away the entire process was efficient, professional, and customer-focused. I met the arborist, Bill, for an initial assessment and recommendation. He was thoughtful and spent considerable time assessing my needs. The estimate that he sent was fair and reasonable given the amount of work required. The crew arrived right on time. The size of the crew and the equipment was impressive. Everyone on the crew wore safety equipment and had all the tools necessary to do the job. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. We couldn't be more pleased with how the trees look. They mulched smaller branches and hauled away the logs. The crew also raked up twigs and blew off the side walks. Nice work! I don't write reviews very often, but the community should know about this terrific company.“

“We selected Ross Tree to help with two 50' maple tree trimming/preservation as well as trimming some smaller trees on our lot. End-to-end, the group exceeded our expectations. From initial contact, to proposal, to questions/clarification and second trip to confirm proposal (thank you David!), to scheduling and the ultimate two teams who came to do the work, they were professional, courteous and communicative. Most of all, they clearly care for trees as much as we do. The two teams were amazing working together with a very strategic approach to complex work. The clean up was thorough, including my neighbor's yard. They also were able to dump a small pile of chips for me to use as mulch. Please see a few pics to show the size of our trees with the men up high in them to do a complete job (one is view from back tree looking at men in front tree - they are up high). Highly recommend.“
