I got a move-in clean for a very dirty house. I was disappointed by the teams first visit but when I voiced my disappointment, they sent a new team who did a great job!! Looks really great and thoroughly done. would recommend! Very responsive and professional.Services: Moving-related cleaning

Firstly, their customer service is incredible. I was a last minute addition (booked the day before service was needed). My sister had a baby and I needed to get the apartment ready as a gift to her. They not only accommodated me but were earlier than anticipated which was great because we definitely needed the extra time. The cleaning was thorough. I mean very thorough. The apartment I needed cleaned had never been professionally cleaned with the most concerning thing being the insane amount of dog hair our Fred likes to leave everywhere. They wrote a personal note for my sister and they checked and triple checked before they left. They were there almost 2 hrs more...read full review
