Jaclyn has taught me how to engage muscles I never knew I had so that I no longer have back pain! She tunes in to my particular learning style, makes me laugh and offers endless variety to keep our sessions challenging. I have the confidence I need to enjoy outdoor activities without fear of pain or injury. I am so grateful to Jaclyn!

An absolutely fantastic experience. Jaclyn is a great instructor and in only three months I've seen real improvement in both my golf and tennis game. Even better, it seems as if my occasional lower back pain and stiffness is a thing of the past. If you're at all curious about pilates, I highly recommend Red's Pilates Garage.
