We had a boiler issue a few months ago and reached out to Golden West after a terrible experience with a different company and they were great. Had another issue today, and Carlos came out to fix it. They came when they said they would, he clearly communicated the issue and what it would take to fix, as well as providing additional helpful insights and information. Very happy with Carlos and the overall experience, and would definitely recommend!
Max and Riley were great! Punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the service they were going to perform and outlined in detail their findings afterwards. They found a problem with our expansion tank that I wouldn’t have know about, recommending replacement preventing potential future repairs. Overall Golden West is great at what they do! Will use them again and again.
Edgar and Mario were extremely professional and fixed the issue in no time at all. They were punctual and very easy to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone with Plumbing needs. I will be asking for them when I have any other issues with our home.
