I am very grateful for Gil, called him up at 10:30 in the night and got here within minutes!!! Very helpful and got my car open in 5 minutes I would a 100% recommend. I will be calling them everytime this incident happens. Thank you so much Gil!!! :)

I was quoted around $240 for my service on the phone. Without asking or telling me that it was going to be almost $400 he went ahead and changed the locks. What if I didn't have that extra amount? He just assumed I was okay with it. I wish he would have asked me before assuming! One should never assume.Not to mention, he was sooo rude and not pleasant to deal with. I will not be going back and will be telling all my friends to not go here.UPDATE: The owner came out to talk to me and resolve my issues. He was great at listening to my issues with his worker and expressed his apologies and was able to get me a refund for my original quoted amount. With that, I will give...read full review
