We love our new floors! Jillian provided the best possible customer service we could have asked for. Not only did she come to our home to sit and discuss what we were looking for, but she truly listened to our needs and wants. Then she patiently provided several groups of samples until we were able to choose the best product (with the right color, texture, durability, etc). We were not the easiest client, ultimately because I am pretty picky, but she was there for us through the entire project and showed a great deal of patience and knowledge. Her installers we good as well, working around some equipment that couldn't be removed and ensuring the installation went well....read full review
