SERVICE AND QUALITY!! Top Notch!! We had chosen a 'side match' carpet pattern which was unique (for us). When initially laying the two rolls 'side by side' (Large Room), we discovered the color run didn't line up between the two rolls. Coventry Owner (Tom) immediately came out and coordinated inspection & replacement from the mill. (no cost to us). Tom (owner) personally came out with his team of installers and seamed the rolls together himself!! An A++ job by a company that is obviously built on service. SO HAPPY with the carpet and quality. We selected Coventry Carpet because of its great Google Reviews, its vast selection of flooring, its commitment to quality, and our trust in both Scot and their installers. The project estimate was very reasonable compared to four other flooring companies, even though Coventry offered a higher quality of product. The office staff (Jean) kept us well-informed on the timing of our installation. I had an insurance claim for a sewage back up and Jean had empathy for my situation and was able to move our installation date sooner than previously scheduled. That was a huge help! We worked with Scot from Coventry Carpets and I am so happy we did! We did carpet for 3 bedrooms. It was such an easy process including picking the carpet and installation. Great quality in product and service.
