After one class I already love this place!! I went to the intro class and was greeted by smiling faces and a welcoming atmosphere. I was intimidated to try ashtanga but Elizabeth graciously welcomed me in, and I was blown away by the class and her attunement to each students’ particular needs. Can’t wait to go back for more Mysore classes. This place is the real deal!!

I was fortunate enough to be able to practice with Bill while in town for a work trip. Ashtanga Yoga Denver is a beautiful studio that I’d love to visit again. Bill’s adjustments were very effective and he guided me to new depths in several poses. I hope to visit again some day. Namaste, Bill! ??

I'm excited to highly recommend Ashtanga Yoga Denver! Elizabeth and Bill provide thorough and specific cues, and are able to deliver cues in a super positive and compassionate way while also challenging me to progress in my practice. I find them both extremely knowledgeable and professional. All week I look forward to attending their led classes on Saturday mornings as well as their Monday workshop classes.
