Forget any misgivings you might have about acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Therese, with A Natural Choice is terrific. Not only is she more than competent; she is warm, welcoming, and she takes the the time to listen to you. Months after a surgery to repair a broken femur, she eliminated the pain I continued to have. She will always have me as a client.

Therese is the most amazing acupuncture practitioner. She listens, she knows exactly what to do to help you feel better, heal, and to gain vitality. She has helped me through illness, injury, and times of stress more than any other modality. She knows the herbs to suggest that will also help facilitate your healing. I cannot recommend her enough. Owner Theresa Mata began her journey into alternative medicine when she found her own children facing health issues. This led her down a road of studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nutritional, Herbal and Dietary studies, and exercise, all within the framework of building individual lasting relationships with the clients treated. Her experience has included consulting and treatment with all ages and health needs throughout the 20 years she has practiced.
