I wasn’t sure how to ask for a haircut when I am actively growing out my hair from a pixie. I don’t know how she did it, but she took off hardly anything and it is laying so much nicer. I will be able to get through this grow-put because of this fine tuned haircut. I will be back! She also was very knowledgeable about hair and gave me some great recommendations.
First of all, I wanna start off with I don’t know what hater left a one star review. BUT. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I have been to see the sign while driving to work one day and I called because I was absolutely in need of a haircut. I ended up scheduling with Esme and she Helped me right away. Honestly, it was the best haircut I’ve ever had. I’m a very picky person. I’m never usually the person who does a walk in especially with someone I don’t know. (I’ve been going to the same person for 8 years) and the only reason I didn’t was because she was on maternity leave. I have never been into a salon and been happy the 1st time walking out without having a full report on the person. I LOVEEEE your energy and you did such a perfect beautiful job♥️ I’m sooo happy thank youuu? I love all the the staff. ❤️
I have been seeing Stephanie for about four years and she is the best stylist. I receive many compliments about my hair and it is Stephanie’s genius which transforms it. I enjoy my time with her - she blows out my hair every week too.
The space is stunning and has various independent beauty consultants. I go to Zen Nail salon and it is always fun and a job well done.
I have been a client of Melanie since December of 22 and have utterly been impressed with her work. She worked with me on what I was looking for and I was 100% satisfied on the outcome. It was my first time getting eyelashes and was a bit nervous but her studio was calming and I relaxed so much I fell asleep! She will make sure you are happy and if you are not satisfied she works with you on your needs. I took a break in the summer and now ready to get back to having amazing eyelashes done by Melanie!
I see Dr. Powell and she is great. She does a thorough job, takes her time during the visit, and talks to me about my options for treatment. I see her for acne and another benign skin issue and she has always answered all of my questions and I leave the office feeling informed. Office staff also worked with me to help me figure out what my charges would be for an uninsured visit, which was very reasonable. When I call the office I usually hear back from Dr. Powell personally on the same day. Great service, would recommend!

I’ve been to A LOT of chop shops,nail salons,and private nail techs and this woman right here is probably THEE BEST in Tucson. Her attention to detail is top tier. Idk how many times I’ve brought in inspo at other places and left with nothing like I wanted but she got as close to the inspo as she could and she aced it. I only gave 4 stars because it is a little on the pricey side. Paid 160 ish dollars for a short/medium nail set. I wanted a long set but if I had done that I would have paid well over 200 dollars. The price for it and the amount of time I have them doesn’t weigh out the worth for me. I mean if I paid 160 bucks and they lasted at least a month then I’d be for it. But, nails grow out obviously so I couldn’t justify going back every 2-3 weeks to pay 160 for nails that only last that amount of time. I’d ONLY be able to get shorter sets and I’m not a short set girly; I love me some long nails.
I really wish perfected beauties prices were affordable. I’d go here for life! But I get it. Her work is amazing. If you can afford it GO HERE. I truly wish I could. It really put me in the hole last time. Had to go on a hiatus with nails. I always set money aside for my nails but I definitely wasn’t expecting to hear 160 bucks. It was another 80-100 dollars I didn’t budget for. Racquel is awesome though! I love her little studio.

I saw this cool salon pop up in the neighborhood but was nervous to leave my current stylist. Finally checked out their services online and was persuaded: team approach, weekend hours and lots of options. Had a consult with Adriana who really listened, formulated a design plan and answered lots of questions. Took the plunge and got invisible bead extensions. The experience was very professional and relaxing. After a few days with my new locks, I loved the length and volume but wasn't in love with the color match to my hair. I contacted Adriana, she got me right in and Jackie made a color adjustment-no charge. Lovely peaceful salon, talented and kind stylists, great experience! Highly recommend ?????
I’m new to Tucson & looked up hair salons, I chose Brenna V & couldn’t be happier! From the moment I stepped the front desk was very friendly & welcoming. My hair stylist, Jessa was great! She & Katie listened to what I was trying to do with my color, even went closely with my hair stylist in NY & did a great job on my hair! The cut was what I told Jessa & came out great! I go to Emily to get my hair cut and colored and she does amazing work. I'm indecisive, so having someone I can trust to understand what I'm looking for (even when I don't) is literally priceless. Also, this salon is quite cute, they always take the time to offer a snack or a drink when I come in, and I've always had positive interactions with the staff. I definitely recommend this place (and Emily) to anyone looking for a new stylist.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I was in town for a convention and I didn't have a chance to get my haircut before I left phoenix so I did an extensive Google search last minute and found this salon. At first I was reluctant to come here because of the reviews..... with such GOOD reviews I felt like it was going to either be really really expensive or really really hard to get an appointment, or both. I ended up calling and asking either way. They had walk-in availability and I was quoted $45 for a cut, which I was okay with. Upon arrival my family and I were warmly welcomed. The woman upfront told me that due to a schedule issue the stylist who was going to give me the 45$ cut had an appointment within 20 min of my arrival. She told me that Michael, the owner was availabile but his rate was more. My husband told me to treat myself and he would pay. So I said yes and was promptly seated in Micheal's station. My family was there as spectators and were continually offered water, coffee and chocolate ?.... Michael even offered a tablet for YouTube videos to help my kids not be so savage. The whole experience of having Michael cut, wash and dry my hair was nothing short of amazing! This was a perfect example of the saying "you pay for what you get" in my case I got an amazing haircut and an outstanding experience! I got so many compliments on my haircut. Michael is very knowledgeable in his craft. I showed him an inspo photo and he consulted with me on several things that i had not considered, ultimately he gave me exactly what i wanted slightly tailored to me. I highly recommend this hair studio if you want amazing service! Thank you Michael, I'll be coming back for sure, even if it's a 2 hour drive!
I got a fantastic haircut from Sabrina. She was sweet and kind and really listened and asked questions to make sure I got the haircut I wanted and walked out feeling hot. She checked in with me throughout the haircut and asked questions rather than assuming what I might want. She also gave me some great styling tips, product demos, and free samples to make sure my hair looks just as great once I leave the salon. A joy to talk to and a talented stylist! Can't recommend enough.

I had a Sonoran Head Spa treatment with Melissa. This was by far the most relaxing spa service I have ever had. If the shampoo service is your favorite part of going to the salon or if you loved having someone play with your hair growing up, than this is the service for you!!! I’ve been in the beauty industry for 20 years and this is my new holy grail service. I’ve never felt more relaxed. My scalp is so squeaky clean and fresh. 10/10 This is easily the best spa service in Tucson.

Went to Adrian's Barber shop today. The location was great because it was right at the bus stop and right next to circle k and a couple other hotels and gas stations and food places and is near shopping too. Parking was great too and there is easy to access entrances and exits. Had my son get his haircut and his Barber talked to him and brought him out of his shell right off the bat made him feel like family. I'll definitely come back with my son

It takes some outstanding service, expertise, and hospitality for me to write a review on the person my husband trusts with his hair but Joseph is not only a master at his trade but my husband always report’s that he’s such a great guy to talk to. My husband’s hair is thick and curly and when he gets a fresh cut it looks flawless and feels smooth around the back of his head, neck and ears. The fade also, makes his hair feel softer as it rises up to longer length. If you’re looking for a new barber and have been eyeing Monarch Luxury for some time, I’d greatly recommend going to Joseph. He always manages to boost my husbands self esteem with his cuts and to me, my husband loses more weight on his face when he goes to see him than he does at the gym. Kudos to Joseph and his team at Monarch!

Been coming to Royalty for a few years now, Oscar cuts my son and I, he actually gave my boy his first cut and now my son will not let anyone else touch his hair. This place was amazing! I got the airbrush tan and they were so nice and welcoming. I was ten minutes late for my appointment and she never made me feel rushed. Also, I shaved my legs right before my appointment (word to the wise, DONT do this!) and in the middle of our appointment my legs started bleeding (cuts from rushing), badly. I felt super bad but she was so professional and kind about the whole situation. She cleaned it up and stuck some bandaids on there and we finished the session. Next day after taking a shower the tan looks lovely and even, I’m ready for my vacation :) Definitely recommend coming here.
Really happy with my spray tan. The appointment was easy and quick. I didn’t feel sticky afterwards, which is a huge plus for me. I was able to rinse off after about 4 hours and didn’t have any sort of funky smell that some spray tans cause. The next morning I woke up with a flawless tan! Looking forward to booking again. I am fair skinned and plus size. This made me nervous going to a tanning salon not knowing if a spray tan would work for my body type. I was quickly reassured by Annette and Jess that I would be fine and they would help me achieve the best experience possible. These ladies went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable through every step. Both ladies were thorough and understanding, providing excellent service with a wonderful attitude. Annette was also kind enough to give personal tips for tanning an overweight body, showing me positions that work best. I am so glad I chose this salon for my tanning experience. I loved the result. Thank you ladies! I live 50 miles away from this salon and I absolutely feel that the drive is worth it for their services and products.

I pay for a monthly membership here, and I go 2 to 3x a week. I do the red light and the uv stand-up every time I go. When I first got signed up, I got a little tour of the beds offered and a little education on the red light bed benefits. It's generally clean and readily available. Everyone that works there are friendly too, so that's a plus! So if you have any tanning bed or lotion questions, ask away. :)

I took a chance on yet another nail salon in Tucson. Great reviews brought me in. I only dealt with three people but they were ALL great. The woman at the front desk, then my.nail tech Thoi and the owner. I was greeted warmly, sat on time and felt at ease the entire time. Thay isn't always the case. Thoi (Toy!) was so easy to talk to and so gentle. *whew*.
She was funny and really impressed me with how she turned my poor , neglected feet to picture perfect!

This might not matter but the ambiance there was amazing! The warm lighting gave the place such a positive energy. There was no 'harsh" lighting that is so common in most nail places. To me personally, that is huge.

this is definitely the best nail salon i’ve ever gone to, i HIGHLY recommend Jack! i came a little before closing time and not only was he willing to still do my nails, he also even stayed once they had closed, taking the time to make my nails perfect, rather than rushing & doing a sloppy job. no one ever made me feel awkward or uncomfortable either. i wanted sugar nails and this is literally the only nail salon that actually knows how to do it. i’m totally obsessed with how my nails turned out, the quality, customer service, color/style, and overall experience was absolutely perfect!

For the first time ever I found a place and nail tech that makes me want to be a repeat customer! I'm not accustomed to getting my nails done frequently, but every other place I've gone to has had at least one unhygienic practice or cut my fingers when filing. Christine was so careful and patient, and a real artist! The dip she did was delicate and beautiful! My nails have never been so healthy. I enjoyed talking with her and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. I found the price incredibly fair for the highest quality manicure I have ever had.
Cleanliness: The dip process was done following the best hygiene practices. I appreciate that she wore a maskatoon protect herself from the powders!

Sarah is the most amazing nail artist ever! She is so skilled and does beautiful work. I fully trust her care. I’m a podiatrist and she’s the one I recommend my patients see if they want a pedicure. I know I won’t have to worry about them ending up with an ingrown nail or toenail fungus if they see her. I bring my daughter to her and my mom sees her too. I love seeing how happy my daughter is and how beautiful she feels after she has been to see Sarah. Gold Dust Nails by Sarah is the best!
I saw Gabe for a massage today and I am incredibly grateful for my time at Selah. Gabe did a fantastic job! I have not felt this relaxed in a long time. My back feels loose and flexible thanks to Gabe evicting some knots that had been living in between my shoulder blades for months. Gabe is knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with him the whole time. Thank you Gabe, I will be booking another visit soon.

Hair type: I had long, curly/wavy hair that was slightly coarse, the Brazilian Blowout made it soft, smooth and shiny!
Stylist: Murat was my stylist, and he has always given me the perfect haircut and style. He listens to what you want, gives you his opinion on what will be best, and most importantly he works to make sure you are happy. He has never done me wrong. I got my hair cut and he did that perfectly. I went back today, a week later, to have a Brazilian Blowout treatment, recommended by Murat. I am SO happy with the treatment. It made my hair super soft and shiny, and cut down on the styling time by a ton!

I've been going to Tasha for skin care for over 6 years and love every facial. Every appointment is even more fun now that she has a great store up and running. Highly advise to make sure you have some extra time to shop! There are lots of fun things from local artists as well as a wide selection of skin and soul care.

This boutique deserves recent reviews! I was searching my go-to, Yelp, for a spot to get a facial and after seeing their services, I decided to make a while day of it. Multiple hours, four services, and none disappoint. It should be a go to place for locals. I'm sure they treat men too but it radiates a " by women, for women, positive energy" sophisticated boho atmosphere. Love them, love them. You can tell the owner spilled her soul into this place. It's serene. It's peaceful. It's friendly. The professionals have been in the industry for decades. Just go. Check them out.
I had dermaplaning and a facial done by Leyna and it felt like heaven! She was very calm and informative while she worked on me. My face was really smooth and subtle for the first time in years. I'd also like to add that the atmosphere was extremely serene and soothing. The music was calming. I will return!
This was my first time ever getting a facial and the experience was AMAZING from beginning to end! She had a personalized sign and personalized my facial based on my wants and needs. Had chocolate for me, a personalized sign, and even a brush for my hair afterwards. Already booked my next facial!

This is the best waxing studio in Tucson. The owner works her salon and she's amazing at her job. She is very thorough, will only give you her best work...what she would do on herself. I am giving four stars because my service itself and the aesthetician, Angel, were great. I had sugaring done for the first time on multiple areas. Angel explained things to me and was very kind about my nervousness. The salon is also very cute inside. I am taking off one star for the initial communication. I asked for a phone call twice and only received text messages before my appointment from whomever does the communication from the online requests. Then when I got to the appointment, the aesthetician I got booked with didn't provide the service I asked for and was only informed of half the areas I needed done. She was very sweet and was able to book me with someone else for another time but still initially frustrating, especially since I don't live near by.

I went to Shay for a spray tan and my experience was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable during the process and was very professional. Literally one of the best purchases I've ever made! What started as a way to avoid shaving/ try something new.. blossomed into a beautiful friendship and of course a client for life!!! She's fabulous , professional, multitalented, very flexible scheduling (and I like that you go through her!) and good pricing $! Definitely check her and her host of services out! Gloriana is a master at her craft. I don't know anyone who does such a thorough job on my feet! I go barefoot a lot, so my feet really need good care. I come away with smooth skin, and nails that look wonderful, and the polish lasts a long time. I drive all the way from Patagonia, which tells you something.

I have been a client of Melanie since December of 22 and have utterly been impressed with her work. She worked with me on what I was looking for and I was 100% satisfied on the outcome. It was my first time getting eyelashes and was a bit nervous but her studio was calming and I relaxed so much I fell asleep! I used to go to the lash lounge and had my lashes done by Patty (most of the time). I love this place and everyone that works there and Zully is also truly a wonderful person. I would still be having my lashes done but due to some eye issues I’ve been having and the eye drops and constant eye doctor appointments and injections I get in my eyes, it just doesn’t seem financially feasible to do so. But you can bet that if this ever gets resolved I will be back for my hourly nap, I’m sure Patty misses my snoring (ha, ha). Debbie Armstrong

So I just wanna start off with that I am not leaving this review as my personal experience, but I am leaving this review in behalf of my grandmother who cannot speak English. I sent my grandma in to have a facial That was supposed to be mine, and I’m so happy I did. My grandmother is in her very early 70’s and this was the first facial she has ever received in her life. It was a 90 minute facial. As soon as her facial was finished, she gave me a phone call and She couldn’t stop talking about how nice ellie was. My grandmother is someone who is usually very intimidated in receiving any type of service and takes tons of convincing to do anything. She did mention to me that her skin looked very nice and that she felt it was something she really needed. I know that really means the world to her. My grandma to this day spends most of her days taking care of four grandchildren and worries about everyone but herself. It’s just the type of lifestyle that she has lived her whole life. I can tell she got really emotional on the phone after she called me because the way she explained it was that it was something her body had needed for so long. I’m truly happy that Ellie not only was able to communicate with her. But also make her feel comfortable in her very humble roots. Thank you so much Ellie for changing my grandmothers life for a day and showing her a peak at what self care and love looks like. If anyone deserves it it’s her. I’m forever grateful.

Her team of hairstylists always go above and beyond in regard to hairstyling I love all of the hairstyles they produce they really know how to suggest suitable modern hairstyles based off of what you will be wearing for your event! I absolutely love sitting in Karina's beauty chair and seeing the stunning results each and every time. My looks are always different, innovative and beautiful. Karina also offers facial services and I highly recommend her facials which are an absolute game changer! My skin has never looked better and due to the skin care regime Karina has suggested I use I have noticed that I actually don't have to use as much makeup my skin is flawless! All in all Karina and her team are very sweet energetic and fun they exude GREAT vibes! I highly recommend their exceptional services!

Kayla made the whole experience relaxing and also informative- she knows her stuff and will teach you what all the products do if you ask. Called last minute and got in the next day easily. Nikki was amazing and very talented. I hadn't gotten a tattoo in 20 years and it was my mom's first time. She had the main designs ready for us and did an excellent job drawing up 2 small designs then and there! The shop was a lot of fun to look around while we waited, love her artwork on the walls, especially the 90's inspired. Will definitely be going back for my next tattoo. Can't recommend her enough!

Allison has taken good care of me, we are currently in progress of a large shoulder to elbow piece on my right side and will soon be unfolding the mirror image of my left side. I got a pixie fairy tattoo done back in August by tattoo artist, Alex :) ! Absolutely phenomenal line work. My tattoo is very clean and I get very many compliments. Being on my ribcage, Alex made my session quick and easy. He was very understanding of my pain and made me feel very comfortable at his station. I have had sewer issues for about 6 months. Received a first quote from another company that wanted to excavate and replace the entire line($6k+). Second quote that wanted over $600+ to find and clear issue using a method I didn't understand tbh.
Cassius with Economy plumbing came out within 3 hours of calling, wa friendly and knowledgeable, was able to find and clear up all the issues, and was done in less then an hour. Best part was the price was under $250!!

Adrian told me eactly what was wrong with my sewer line, even showing me pictures. They even sent my son and daughter the pictures and explained to them what needed to be done. The next day Adrin came over to check out my shower. I had a back up in the shower and he just took out all the hair, that took care of it. He even ordered me something that would stop the hair from backing up

We are extremely pleased with the work Robles Electric Solutions did for us. We knew exactly what to expect after we met with Mario. He dealt with TEP and took care of all the permitting and scheduling. We updated our breaker box, replaced all our outlets inside, wired and installed multiple ceiling fans and updated our kitchen lightening. They showed up ontime, our electric was turned off and they organized the work in teams and finished each project. Through the day they kept us apprised on the work outside and when the power would be back on. They were back the following day to patch and paint and they did an incredible job. I was so pleased with the results. Greg and his team were friendly, positive and great to work with.I definitely recommend them for any type of electrical work.

My rubber seal on my front loading washer had shrunk so it was leaking a little bit onto the tile floor. I noticed a few times, (but I didn't know that was the problem at the time). anyway I called this company and they sent out the best washer repair man ever - his name was KHASAN. He diagnosed my problem; Let me know what it would be possibly expense wise ; and then when about town searching for the part. When he brought it back, I watched for a minute or so while he was inserting it . I said "is it trying to give you a problem"? he just smiled and shook his head "a little bit". he was so patient, and so kind. after he got it installed, he ran a couple of different rinse cycles and no leaking. I am so happy, he is an awesome repair man for washers. Thank you so much.

Great experience, I originally signed up for a clean and seal but they explained to me that the previous owner or builder used a color sealer so the light colored grout I was hoping would show wasn't going to happen and I'd see differences where the color wore off and the og grout showed through.
I still went through with the cleaning and it made a ton of difference, I then went over with a new colored sealer I got from Lowes. Love how it turned out and I felt good about sealing the CLEAN grout and not sealing in years of dirt haha. I paid $135 for almost 450 sq feet and I felt it was a good value! I'd use them again.

These two brothers made a great work for our house floor tile. They covered mexican kind tile with special solution 3 times. We didn't ask them to move furniture, but they did it and put "stain" everywhere. Now our tile is clean and shiny. Was on time and their price was very reasonable. Next time will use this company again

I had some water damage to part of my hardwood floors which required some minor repairs and sanding and refinishing throughout to match that area. The first contractor ghosted me. Jeff, Cimaco's owner, not only agreed to do the job for a fair price, but also to get it done the week before Christmas while I was out of town visiting family. Keith, the guy in charge of the work, and his assistant figured out how to do it without having to remove a couple of very large house plants. And Stacey, the office manager, was always a real pleasure to deal with. The floor looked like new.

A plumber found a leak in the wall of the kitchen behind the sink, turned off the water and called Steamy Concepts. The plumber told us the problem was serious and the solution would probably require a month without our kitchen. We didn't know where to start or how to proceed. Paul from Steamy Concepts called me five minutes later and was in our home about 10 minutes later. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and that insurance would pay for the work. We agreed and he called our insurance company, with us on the phone, to begin a claim. 15 minutes later, the claim was made. He said a team would be at our home the next day at 8:00 a.m. and he would come by to make sure the work proceeded correctly. All of that happened (which is rare in my experience). In fact, the demo/removal work was completed that day. I was able to reach Paul by phone or text whenever I had a question or concern. He also kept in touch with the plumber to coordinate work. This is service above and beyond. I would give him six stars.

Cheers to Nick at Rattlesnake Solutions. My husband found a huge snakeskin by our pool filter. I have dogs and grandkids and am extremely scared of rattles and desert toads. After a different company couldn't come out that day and Mr Pack Rat told us there's no way it could be a rat and to call someone else, Pest friends was able to come out within an hour of my call to get a live rat out of our toilet. He said he's never seen this before but he did a great job and it went very smoothly! I was really unnerved but he did a good inspection and left rat traps so I feel a lot better. I'd originally contacted America's Best Roofing to inspect our shingle roof. We had a feeling the roof would turn out to be in worse shape than we thought. We had a feeling we were going to need a new roof so were prepared for it, in case. Anthony at America's Best showed up to our appointment and did a thorough inspection with his drone. So cool! After noticing dings from an old hail storm, he hopped up on the roof for a closer look. Little did we know, our home owner's insurance covers wind and hail damage caused from storms. Anthony helped guide my husband and I through a successful insurance claim. Just one week later, we met with our insurance adjuster who approved of a complete replacement. Words can't express how grateful we are for the help that Anthony and everyone at America's Best Roofing was. Other roofing contractors were charging us upwards of $15,000 for a full replacement and not one considered advising us about filing an insurance claim. America's Best was able to even get the detach and reset of our solar panels so that they could do the job right. We got a brand new shingle roof and only paid for our deductible of $1,000. Worked with Martin from design through install and he and his assistant, Junior, were a pleasure to have working on our project - a complete front, back, and side yards undertaking. They were always on time, courteous, and professional. Our project included grading, drainage, paver installation, fire pit construction, artificial grass, decomposed granite paths, gravel, and irrigation set-up. We threw some unexpected add-ons at them and they were all taken in stride and accommodated without complaint or problem. Martin is attentive to details and thinks through things logically so that what he produces works and makes sense for the client. He offered suggestions and improvements whenever he felt it was appropriate and helpful to a better result. It has only been a short time since completion, but we are happy so far and are hopeful we’ll be enjoying the fruits of Martin & Junior’s labor for years to come. We feel we got a good value for the price with solid workmanship and quality materials.

Branching Out Tree Service trimmed a very large, overgrown mesquite tree in my backyard. The workers showed up on time, were pleasant and efficient, and cleaned up very well. After a storm, a branch was hanging down and they came back and clipped it off, again showing up at time they were to be here. The job was fairly and reasonably priced. This was my first visit and the person who referred me was right, Precise Dental was great. My hygienist, Rebecca, was very calm, friendly, and thorough. Dr Tanner was pleasant and professional, and he explained everything very well. I appreciated that he didn't try to convince me I needed expensive extra dental work. In fact, there was one thing I was concerned about and he assured me that we would keep an eye on it but it wasn't necessary to do anything major at this time. I also appreciated the front desk person as she took care of the billing (they were offering a special but I didn't need to do anything to get it; she automatically applied it) and set up my next appointment. They took full x-rays and pictures, did a complete exam and cleaning, and it was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them!
I grew up in dentist offices and I have been to a few in my adult life and this office might be the best I’ve ever been to. The technology is exceptional, the doctors are knowledgeable and kind (rare to find a dentist with both) , the front desk reception knows me by name and is so thoughtful. The hygienists are all so professional. It’s a one stop shop, I get a fantastic cleaning and the best Botox in town… and at a decent price! You will be well taken care of!!
Dr. Choi and his staff are simply amazing. I have a severe anxiety of going to the dentist. I always need "laughing gas" even for cleanings and sometimes that doesn't even help. HOWEVER, I got dental work done today to fix a chipped tooth and several other issues, I was pleasantly surprised when I could barely even feel the Novocain being administered. They checked in with how I was doing frequently. In addition, Choi and his assistant communicated awesome with each other (water, suction, etc) which made me even more comfortable during the process! I can't say enough good things and have found my "forever" dental practice

However, I followed my dentist, Dr. Laos, to this location because of his treatment plans, gentle care, and honesty (he was also 6 blocks away:) He is excellent and moved from the university/midtown to Saddlebrooke and closer to his home. Get those carts moving in that directon - you won't be sorry!! He is also fabulous. What a combo!!!
Saddlebrooke is, indeed, lucky to have such talent in their mix. The receptionist has a big welcoming smile and the technicians are just as personable. You won't be sorry. They also handled all my dental insurance needs. I could not have been more pleased!!!
Not being judged and pain-free. Those are the criteria for an acceptable dental visit. But wow, whoo-da thunk I would be raving about my dentist experience to everyone I talked to soon after. Had a filling fall out of my mouth after an aggressive flossing instance. I called 2 dental offices and this one responded first on a Monday. The appointment was made, intake links were sent. When I walked in they knew who I was since I had to upload a picture of myself (very smart way to make a great first impression!). Friendly staff, pro assistant and doctor (I saw Dr. Chin). Very informative and communicative during the appointment. Pristine office. Modern equipment. Took care of my follow-up appointments. The only thing that can be a turn off for some, and I don't know if this is just the way dentist offices are nowadays, but all the patient rooms near me didn't have doors or I didn't notice them. Maybe they do where there is more invasive work being done but in my immediate area I was hearing conversations about extractions and surgery and whatnot. I mean it made me want to brush 10xs a day but that is what that part of the office was like. I hadn't been to a dentist in a loooooooong time. Is it weird that I can't wait for my deep cleanings and minor filling work? That, Yelp people, is the absolute sign of an amazing dentist team! Who AM I???
Dr. Tomkins is kind and patient. He explained everything so well and that helped with my anxiety. I'm looking forward to my visits. The staff is friendly and wonderful as well.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a dermatology office, both the front of the house staff and the Doctor, were terrific (professional, courteous, and friendly). I had filled out paperwork ahead of time online and let them know that I was coming for an all over body wellness and mole check. I’ve lived in Arizona now for the better part of 10 years and have only gone to one other dermatologist, and didn’t want to go back to that office Because they did not provide a lot of attention or care and that was really too bad. I’m so glad that I made the leap and went to Pima Dermatology, not just because my health is important to me, as a mom and a nurse, but also because good experiences with medical professionals should be the industry standard and I can say that that is exactly what is happening at PIMA dermatology. I would recommend them to anybody.

I see Dr. Powell and she is great. She does a thorough job, takes her time during the visit, and talks to me about my options for treatment. I see her for acne and another benign skin issue and she has always answered all of my questions and I leave the office feeling informed. Office staff also worked with me to help me figure out what my charges would be for an uninsured visit, which was very reasonable. When I call the office I usually hear back from Dr. Powell personally on the same day. Great service, would recommend!

Our Dachshund is not very friendly with people he doesn't know, but the staff here are always great with him. They are very patient and know how to handle him, and they never make us feel like we need to put him on meds before they will see him (as other vets have said to us), but the meds just make the problem worse and make him more anxious. They were very helpful and took great care of him when he was in pain, presumably from hurting his back. They even came into the exam room to check us out so we wouldn't have to move him since he was hurting. He is his normal self once again. Thank you to all the Drs. and staff.

We are so thankful for the excellent care of our big lab. Last year a liver biopsy and this year a ACL tear. Dr. McCally was wonderful both times and the entire staff are knowledgeable and caring. We felt informed throughout the entire process. Undoubtedly you are reading this because you love your furbaby like we do. It's a terrible time when you have to consider surgery but they will take care of you and your pet!
The Doctors and Staff at Sunrise Pet Clinic care more about their Pet patients than Physicians with human patients. They have a tremendous wealth of knowledge that they share in ensuring our pet family has the absolute best care and quality of life. We trusted our dwarf rabbit, 2 large dogs, a cat, and now the 2 newest members of our family, chihuahuas Roo and Tigger, with care at Sunrise Pet Clinic. They care for each Pet patient with love as if they are their own.
Dr. Koski and the rest of the team did a great job taking care of our dog after a wild animal attack. They kept us updated with what was going on, gave him IV antibiotics, deeply cleaned and closed his wounds, and gave us a detailed plan with home medication to assist with his recovery. I really felt like they were treating him as they would their own beloved pet. Their prices should probably be higher for all that they do, and I can tell that love for animals is what motivates them to do such a wonderful job. We are so thankful for the consistent great care.
I had Dr. Heller come to my house several years ago when I suspected my senior cat had something serious going on. We found out he was hypothyroid and had kidney disease. Dr. Heller was so wonderful in handling my baby especially when he had to get a pretty good blood sample from him. Very convenient to have a mobile vet when you need one.
The staff are so great! Super fast turn around on getting an emergency appointment and the care they provide is outstanding. They love what they do and it shows!

Everybody that I came in contact at this office, were professional and so very compassionate. I lost my Daisy last year and they put up with my urgent calls and visits. They understood my pain and were very patient. While I still cry when I think about her, I decided to get another dog and I already love her. I got her from the Human Society. I am definitely going to see Dr. Kaufman again. He even emailed me Daisy's results!. I couldn't believe how accessible he was when I needed information.

Had to make the awful decision to put our little dog Kazi to rest a few days ago. He had been a patient of theirs for 2 years prior. The day came, and the vet and tech were wonderful. I adopted a cat a couple of weeks ago who isn’t in the best shape. She’s underweight (we’re working on it) and wasn’t grooming herself, so she was pretty scruffy. There were a lot of small mats in her fur that I couldn’t get out so I took her to Blue Cat Grooming. They did such a great job, all the mats were removed without sacrificing much surrounding fur. I have a whole new cat, I had no idea her ears were so pink! When I picked her up, she was clearly very relaxed and friendly, so they treated her well. I’d definitely recommend coming here with your newly adopted cat!

I can't say enough great things about Sol Dog Lodge and their staff! My wonderful dog became very reactive, protective, and fearful- to the point that taking her anywhere outside the home was stressful for the both of us. Ultimately, my vet and I decided on a combination of medications and training and the improvements I've seen have been amazing. Shelly was incredibly helpful in setting up my initial evaluation. Francesca has been a fantastic trainer- she knows when to push my pup (and me) and I have seen such amazing progress. She is has been able to join me on treks around town and is back to her goofy, happy self!
The best groomer we ever had. We have a difficult dog that don't like baths or to be groomed but Lucinda is the only one that can handle him. Great job on him I highly recommend them on your dog...
This is the only groomer that my dog is not afraid of and likes to go to. It's a bit rough around the edges, but the prices are awesome, and did I say that my dog actually likes it here?

Glenn and Rebecca are wonderful. I have a mini Australian Shepherd who has been a challenge to bathe and brush since i have been taking her there at 5 months old. She absolutely hates to be brushed and the biggest wiggly butt ever. Both Glenn and Rebecca have SO PATIENT . Lucy hated to go in hut now doesn’t fight me through the door. She loves them .
Our dog was very nervous, and had a lot of groomer anxiety at his previous groomer. This would result in less than great haircuts and some doggie tantrums at the groomers (barking, panicking, needing the muzzle, etc). So when our old groomer closed for a few weeks, we took a chance and switched to Josh at Sublime. That was over a year ago. Never looked back since. Now, our dog gets excited to go to the groomer (even wags his whole butt in joy when we get to the door), he comes out calm and happy, and his haircuts are always sharp, clean, precise, perfect Schnauzer cuts. Josh is an artist and, even more importantly, he has that calming presence that soothes our very stressy pup. We are ever grateful for Josh and Sublime and never want to go anywhere else. I recommend this groomer to everyone I know who has a dog. Do your pup and their fur a favor and take them to Sublime.

Spacious studio (which by no fault of other hot yoga studios is uncommon.) Bathroom, showers, really everything is always clean. Community is very welcoming and encouraging, and as a recent newcomer, I always felt welcome regardless of skill level or ability. Traditional practice with modifications and alternatives offered. Definitely have found somewhere I'll stay long-term. Check them out for a great workout and judgement free environment!

I was in 3 of Bonnie's 4-week prenatal yoga group classes before the birth of my daughter and I can 100% say that working with her prepared me for having a phenomenal birth experience. The first part of each class (~10-15 mins) is a group check in where each mama-to-be shares a bit of their experience. Having that time to realize that I was not alone in the feelings, doubts, aches, and questions that often arise in pregnancy was so helpful to my mental health. During the yoga sessions, Bonnie provides many types of poses to meet each participant's needs. Her focus on 360 breathing, and breathing in our sides, helped me to move through contractions at home when labor did begin, and ultimately guided me to, as my midwife said, "breathe down my baby" so that when we arrived at the birth center, I was already ready to push and deliver our little one 45 minutes later. I trust Bonnie with the important caretaking that is necessary in the prenatal months, as well as the support following birth, and I'm so grateful she is doing this work.
I had persistent lower back and shoulder pain and regular physical therapy actually made it worse. I did about 7 sessions with Sunanda and have kept doing her exercises everyday since. I have almost total mobility in me shoulder and can now to strenuous yoga classes again without lower back pain. She is a gem.
The instructor is absolutely wonderful. I had been taking a few beginner classes in the city I live (just visiting Tucson), but Emily gave me so many amazing pointers I had never heard before. Great beginner class, solid foundation work. Highly recommend. The class is actually in a crossfit gym warehouse thing so make sure your dress appropriately for whatever the weather is doing.

I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner based in Colorado, but am born and raised in Tucson. I met Tanya and Bill through an Ayurveda conference earlier this year. While visiting Tucson, I received a Bliss therapy from Bill. It was fabulous! He is highly intuitive and knowledge. My husband also received a Bliss treatment from Bill and he said it was one of the best treatment that he had ever received.I wish we lived closer, but we will both return again on our next visit. I plan to send my local family members in for healing treatments!

I have made coming to practice here a part of my daily routine since Oct 23. I have gone consistently since then and the classes are only getting to be more enjoyable. As my level of fitness has improved so has my ability to keep pressing myself to get better and better and to try harder classes. I have never been shamed for not being able to do what the rest of the class is doing. I have never been told not to use props. I love the attitude that exudes from this studio. In talking to someone I equated it to Golds Gym. Yoga Oasis is to Yoga what Golds is to body building. Pure and focused. I dislike the commercial vibe some studios have. Here I am engulfed with the calming affect of the bamboo and the incense. The vibe is so low key and kind. There is no competition feel which is PERFECT and exactly what yoga should be. I really enjoy the Yin classes, the Slow Yo, and the yoga hour classes...I haven't tried a vinyasa yet but for the most part every class I have done I have felt fantastic afterwards. Nothing but love for this place.
I've been a client at Red Monkey for about 10 years. Both clients and instructors are very friendly. The classes on Pilates equipment are small, so we get individualized cues and adjustments for our particular issues. Private Pilates instruction and great massages are also available here. A great place!
Lorraine is an amazing pilates instructor. She will teach you the basics so well and customize a program that will ramp up and challenge you the perfect amount. We did semi private pair sessions and she was great at challenging us in individual ways as well as keeping the session cohesive. I highly recommend her for beginners to advance level because she will help you reach all your goals.
I lived in constant pain. Arlene got me out of pain. She also taught me things I can do on my own. Not to mention it’s a blast hanging with Arlene!

I am going into my fourth year as a client of Fletcher (Bodywork's) Pilates. Kyria Sabin, the owner is amazing as are all of her amazingly well trained Pilates staff! As a person who has had two back surgeries, Pilates has been a literal lifesaver!
Shelby was very knowledgeable! Understood my needs and read my body with great accuracy. She understood the effects of PTSD and Rheumatoid Arthritis on my body and within one session I was able to stand up straighter and have more range of motion. I made it a point to come back once a month because it’s not about having a “girl day” it’s about restoring mobility and quality of life.
Also the place was great, relaxing, and they were great hosts. Overall I felt absolutely spoiled.

I'm an avid proponent of massage therapy. I have had the pleasure to work with numerous practitioners over the last 2 decades. I had an amazing experience with Jaimie Lindsay. It included different techniques besides what I've come to know as "massage". It was a soothing, therapeutic and healing session. Remarkably, the relief from stiffness/achiness hasn't worn off after several days. That is a first for me. I'm exceedingly grateful for her expertise and have now found a therapist I look forward to working with in the future.

The best massage I have ever had (and I get them regularly). Josh was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what to do and where to focus on. I am currently in the middle of a big move and felt completely broken and stiff and booked a massage last minute and it was the smartest thing I’ve done all week. As a chronic pain sufferer, I've had hundreds of massages over the last couple of decades. I also worked for a world-renowned, 5-star destination spa for nearly ten years. Needless to say, my standards are high. Beth is the most skilled and consistent therapist I've come across -- for ashiatsu or otherwise.Often, when receiving a massage, you're thinking "This is nice, but I wish it was different (more pressure, more time spent on an area, etc.)..." Beth just gets it right, so you can be fully present. She's also incredibly accommodating and genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. There's no therapist I'd recommend more highly in Tucson. Thank you so much for your contribution to my healing, Beth!

I'm done with the attitude and taking my business elsewhere.
I’ve been working out at Smith Performance Center for 2 years. This is such a positive environment to build my strengths and endurance and rehab some long term injuries. The therapists work closely with the trainers to create a program that is specific for me. The environment in the gym is so encouraging and I look forward to my workouts!
As a sixty-year-old aging athlete, I have seen countless physical therapists, for well over thirty-five years. I've recovered from blown out knees, broken legs, busted ribs, the works. Jon Davison is by far the most capable, intelligent, intuitive person I have ever worked with. I have often relied on him to help me think of what sort of physician to consult. Better diagnoses than I get from any other doc! He has helped me train *before* a hip replacement surgery and recover after it, has helped me with a stride problem affecting my running and cycling, has kept me from having to face a shoulder-replacement surgery while maintaining strength and (some) range of motion, has helped me address core strength to correct my low back pain. Most recently he helped me with a torn bicep. He respects you as a patient, listens to your concerns and goals in life, does not project his sense of what life you should have but helps you strive (yes, I said it, Strive!) to live life the way you want, whether it is cycling, skiing, weightlifting, or just walking. He has taken all of that talent and virtue and has built a shop of people who see things the way he does, and who are all uniformly talented. So far beyond all the PT mills anywhere around. First-class place!
This place is amazing. The team is amazing. I really feel welcomed here. I have gotten stronger doing therapy here. I would recommend BodyCentral to only one out there of all ages.

The office is clean and professional. I visited 4 or 5 times and on each visit I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff and PT professionals are courteous and helpful. My therapy with Yeri Kil, PT, DPT, was educational and very helpful. Her explanations regarding anatomy and the implications of stress along with proper and improper physical manipulation were very interesting and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this office and care team.
I highly recommend Tucson Orthopedic Wyatt Physical therapy. I had 2 Knee replacements and Brianne Halbur helped me immensely with her knowledge and she was very professional. I bounced back quickly with Bri's help. If you're looking for an excellent helpful Physical therapist ask for Bri she's the BEST! If needed again I wouldn't go anywhere else or ask for any other Physical therapist. In fact, I recommended Bri to 4 of my family members and friends who all agree she's the BEST. Tucson Orthopedic is fortunate to have such a professional and knowledgeable PT ! Thank you.

The staff at Wilmot and Broadway helped me avoid an invasive surgery. Definitely recommend. Erica was knowledgeable, professional and helped me to a great recovery. However, I can't quite explain to Melissa that pickleball is a made up sport that doesn't really count as a sport.
Ray is a great PT. He takes his time and explains the exercise and how it will help. He is always checking in even if he is giving another patient help.
Sol Physical Therapy is such an incredible place to go for physical therapy. I have been going for over a year and have never once had a problem. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the physical therapists are extremely helpful, care about the patients, and will do whatever is needed to support you as the patient.

I like to say Britta “saved my life” with how amazing she is. I’ve had problems with my sciatica to the point where the intense physical pain was effecting my quality of life. I was in pain for months before I found Britta and after seeing her for one appointment, my pain lessened by half in two days time. Over the course of two weeks, my pain decreased by 90% and it made just doing my day to day work way more tolerable than what I was feeling. I’ve had to see her on two different occasions and both times she has healed me. I refer her to all my friends and family because she is so great at what she does. She is an incredible listener and an overall amazing person. I wish I could put more than 5 stars.
It’s a great pleasure in life to encounter someone who loves what they do for a living, shares that love with others, and also happens to be damn good at it. Jamie’s work is an asset to the community. I brought her a pile of half-thought thoughts on what might be causing me pain. She did what many medical professionals didn’t do; she listened carefully, advised thoughtfully, found the root cause of the pain, and made it go away naturally. I highly recommend Jamie’s ability to help with whatever needs healing.
Candace is very intuitive and seems to know what you need in that moment. She truly cares about your outcome and is very attentive. When I came in with pneumonia, I received cupping and accupuncture , I felt heat in my lungs and suddenly could breathe more clearly. My migraines are greatly improved as well. I also did the healing hypnosis and it was an incredible experience. I highly recommend Lightworks for Accupuncture and Quantum Healing Hypnosis.

25 years ago, after a bad fall I limped into his office with a knee the size of a cantaloupe. I walked out with a knee already returning to a more comfortable size and condition! Last year he prescribed herbs that made a real difference in treating a serious Covid-induced lung issue. Don is one of the most insightful and effective Chinese medicine practitioners I’ve been treated by in the last 30 years. We are lucky to have him in Tucson.
I started going to Tucson Community Acupuncture over a year ago after breaking my foot. The treatments I received supported my injury beautifully, and I noticed that more than my foot was receiving deep healing. I continue now to go weekly, or as often as possible, to support my whole body and spirit’s well-being. From the moment I enter the welcoming studio I feel a nourishing sense of belonging, of rejuvenation, and transformation. There is real magic happening here.
I honestly can't recommend Steve Liu enough. As you can see from other reviews, he has healed people suffering from chronic pain and illness in ways that seem miraculous. I've seen Liu over the years for allergies, fatigue, inflammation, stress, and recovery to balance after several months of chemotherapy. Liu is down-to-earth, respectful, warm, friendly, receptive, non-judgmental. He puts me completely at ease.
It's important to trust the technology of acupuncture in order for it to succeed. It is not a linear path, but in the end it gets you to where you need to go. You must give it time. Many people try it once or twice, and seeing no immediate effect, get discouraged and quit. Unlike allopathic medical procedures, acupuncture involves both the expertise of the practitioner and the commitment and receptivity of the patient. This, I think, makes it a very empowering process for individuals on their healing journeys.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the cost. I don't blame Liu for that. Acupuncture does not create profits for drug companies and allopathic technocrats. I know Liu would gladly treat anyone who walked through his door, if he could. If you can't afford Liu, try one of the local community acupuncture clinics. But if you can, go to Liu.

Ken is a great massage therapist. I have had many massages and Ken rates as one of the best. I try to get in as often as possible. I find them always to be very friendly, giving consistently good massages and at very reasonable prices. The place always appears to be very clean and always 100% above board.

160 Driving Academy was a great way for me to get my CDL Class A license. Eldon who is on the yard will help you every step of the way to make sure that you are prepared to take your test. Lisa the branch manager is also very helpful and will help you with your needs. If I had to learn it all again I’d definitely be coming back here.
Shehnaaz is the most incredible driving instructor I have ever met. I was very nervous to drive and now, after completing the 10-hour package with her, I am excited to get on the road. I looked forward to every single lesson with Shehnaaz, and I was able to receive my license 5 weeks after my first lesson. Shehnaaz is a reliable and fun instructor and great to talk to. She made me fall in love with driving! I recommend Learn2Drive highly to anyone who wants to feel confident driving!! :)
I have always wanted to learn to ride a motorcycle, but I didn't even know where to start. I took their Basic Rider course and I couldn't recommend it more! I was so nervous, but the couches are excellent and really take time to break down everything with the bike and show you how to ride. I also love that after you pass the written and riding portion of the tests you're ready to get your motorcycle license.
Good informative content. The content luckily outweighed the very many misspellings and quite unclear sentences. Some parts of the course read as though someone without a native command of english wrote them. Please take your own course and proofread it. Otherwise, very informative and pretty interesting, when understood.
This school is perfect if you really are ready to make a positive impact in your life.Cody is definitely the big brother I've never had. Jessica would not let quitting be an option for me. I really could not have done this without them.
