Vitaliy arrived within the timeframe quoted by the company. Very knowledgeable repairman. Friendly, courteous and professional. Will use them again in the future. Repairman came and looked at dryer. Informed us of the problem and proceeded to fix it in a matter of time. Dryer works as good as before.
5 Star was recommended to us when we bought our house and needed a few appliances repaired and billed to the previous owner for closing. We were out of town so we never met them. When we moved into the house everything was fine but just last week our dryer heat element went bad. We found contact info for 5 Star and since we don’t know anyone in our new town we scheduled an appointment on their internet sight. Got the call 30 minutes before the repairman was to arrive, as advertised, a pleasant and polite young man showed up with his tool bag right on time.
