“Had an impossible problem according to the biggest and most experienced service companies (according to them) in Tucson.Called TGIF and found out why they got that title from their customers.Brilliant service and went the extra mile to advise how to prevent future occurrences.Talking to the owner,I found out that with over 10,000 calls each year,the only bad reviews they get are from folks trying to rip off warranty companies or this grand old service company.Thank God they are still here.“

“I wrote and submitted a review yesterday, following my experience with Luis at Cell + Appliance and Repair... but it does not seem to have made it to this review platform. Luis immediately made contact, when I reached out through Thumbtack...He was willing to respond again, after Home Depot failed to show up. I would add both "Value" and "Punctuality" to the items above. My Samsung dryer required a new heating element, and his work was outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions, with courtesy and respect. I was so grateful that the Home Depot folks did not show up, as Luis is an exemplary model of Repair Technicians in his field. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled...and personable to boot. I highly recommend Luis and Cell + Appliance and Repair; he will be my "go to" guy for any future appliance issues! JoAnne E.“
