Had an impossible problem according to the biggest and most experienced service companies (according to them) in Tucson.Called TGIF and found out why they got that title from their customers.Brilliant service and went the extra mile to advise how to prevent future occurrences.Talking to the owner,I found out that with over 10,000 calls each year,the only bad reviews they get are from folks trying to rip off warranty companies or this grand old service company.Thank God they are still here.

MacGyver came in and 20 minutes fixed my Dryer to brand new. Read some of the other reviews ..... not the experience I had. Obviously they have plenty of work ... so I had to wait a couple days. I'd like to see how they do on my Stove next ... then I can update this review. Andy was awesome as it gets for a repairman. Super Polite, and very experienced it was obvious.

Ted came out after we had a bad experience with both ACE and our warranty service. The prior company said our dryer did not work because the exhaust hose was kinked (it was not, as we had been smart enough to check the hose.) That man became hostile when my daughter in law told him she did not think that was the problem and would be calling the warranty company. After much back and forth with warranty company they did agree to send another company. Ted explained that there was an airflow problem but it was due to the vent on the roof being clogged.
