He went above and beyond to show me what was going on and also addressed a couple other questions I had, including opening up my air handler to check the cleanliness of the coil and adjust the door for a better seal at no additional charge. “Samson & Sons installed a new heat pump for us yesterday. It was a very positive experience. We had an old, in hallway gas furnace with an outdoor condenser A/C. Both were extremely noisy. It was a tricky install, as our choices were; lose a skylight (really didn’t want) or come in through a place that had a bundle of wires (we’re talking 12 or so), a gas pipe, fire suppression line, can light and some ducting.Enter Mladen the “magician”; somehow he calculated a way to save our skylight, work through without disrupting the existing and fabricate ducting that supported a new 5-ton heat pump!Alex kept us abreast of the estimates as we proceeded.Next comes the cast of installers – Zach, Jeff, Quentin & Chris. They arrive promptly, cheerful and work like a well oiled machine. The sense of teamwork and camaraderie was contagious. When they finished at the end of the day, our heat pump was working, can light moved and sheetrock patched and work area cleaned. Jeff provided a run-through of new thermostat, pictures of install and next steps checklist.We cannot recommend this business highly enough. Do yourself a favor and the next time you have an HVAC need call Samson & Sons.“
