The Nichols technician was on time and he got to work quickly. He serviced our heat pumps, checked out that the heating was working on the units, replaced one part on one of the units, cleaned the filters, give me the invoice and he was on his way.

They have cared for my heating and air-conditioning needs as long as I can remember and I have owned my own for 40 years. If something goes wrong they are right on it. No two days waiting. Period. It’s like two hours waiting so if you want the good guys these are the ones to call
