I was asked to rate Donna on a scale of 1-5, 5 being great and 1 the opposite. Donna is definitely 5++. My overall experience with CP Foothills is a 5 as well, Ashley is true asset to the club and all instructors are amazing!

Donna is a wonderful communicator and leader. She gives great ques, reminders and really goes around to ensure that we are doing things properly so we don’t injure ourselves and she gives alternative positions if we are uncomfortable. She is definitely one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. And plus she make things fun!

This is my happy place. The instructors have knowledge that's light years ahead of other studios I've been to. They keep up their skills, each workout is different and keeps my mind and body sharp. My posterior chain ( see, you learn new words when you work out lol) my spine, gluts and legs are stronger and I am more flexible than I've ever been. I enjoy the challenges of suspend-- using TRX. Level 2 classes, workshops and xo chair. I've made friends there and thanks to master trainers like Tina, owner Kathy, friendly front desk people like Jenna, Kevin and Ashley, my favorite instructors- Colleen, Ariel, Rhondi it's been a God send.My balance is better and its really...read full review
