I had some water damage to part of my hardwood floors which required some minor repairs and sanding and refinishing throughout to match that area. The first contractor ghosted me. Jeff, Cimaco's owner, not only agreed to do the job for a fair price, but also to get it done the week before Christmas while I was out of town visiting family. Keith, the guy in charge of the work, and his assistant figured out how to do it without having to remove a couple of very large house plants. And Stacey, the office manager, was always a real pleasure to deal with. The floor looked like new.

We hired a guy to take up our tile and carpet and then polish the concrete slab. He was inexperienced and was overwhelmed by the project. We then hired Cimaco to come in and finish up the job - obviously, we should have hired them at the beginning. Bill and especially Mike did great work, and Jeff, the owner, is a straight shooter and honest. I have four sets of before and after pictures, and the last two are more of the final, finished product. We love our new floors and highly recommend Cimaco!

We just bought a home in Rio Rico that had stained concrete floors in the main part of the house, but carpet in the bedrooms. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate to clean and re-seal the existing concrete and pull up the carpet and stain the concrete floors under the old carpet.Jeff was great to communicate with from the initial call to schedule the estimate and as the work was being done.The floors are absolutely gorgeous and the color of the newly stained concrete in the bedrooms exactly matches the existing floors.Price was very fair and we love the results. Great job to Jeff and the team.
