Frank, the owner, is so nice, attentive, and accommodating. We love our new kitchen tile backsplashes. Frank, and tiler, Virgil, understood our design plan, and improved upon it with their vision. It was executed perfectly. Virgil's assistant, Natalie, also was friendly and helpful. We're grateful for their hard work, and a job excellently done.

We recently bought a new home. We had a section of our hallway with warped laminate plank flooring, likely from a past leak. We initially planned to repair it ourselves by gluing it back down. However, upon closer inspection (and a couple of youtube videos later), we realized it was beyond our current skill level. I called Francis and he was immediately responsive. He came out the next day and provided a quote. He arrived on time and suggested solutions to make up for the lack of replacement flooring.
