“This is a family owned and operated company that is a standout for countertops in Tucson because: * Extensive high quality on-site granite slab inventory. Big box stores and national tile/countertop branded stores buy and ship massive inventories throughout the country. Some of that inventory is pretty "Ho-Hum". Often what you get to see is what's left after the best stuff has been taken. SCS does not work that way. They travel to producing countries (e.g. Brazil, Malesia, Italy, etc.) and personally select every slab. So, there aren't any "also ran" slabs in stock. * Pay only for what you project needs: The slabs are HUGE. You are only charged for the stone that your project requires. SCS assumes they can sell the remainder to other customers. * Full service: SCS will measure, cut, edge, seal and install the stone. They are a full-service shop. We went from selection to completed installation in 10 days. * You will be talking to the owner and his adult children. They provide great help making the right decision for your project. They enjoy contact with customers, and it shows. And, oh lest I forget - they are cost competitive with the big box stores. We are very pleased with the product quality, price, and service we got from the SCS family team. We will definitely shop there when our renovation plans require back splash tile, ceramic flooring, or kitchen / bath stone countertops.“

They all had issues except AZ kit....The other companies had to find a plumber, did not have good knowledge of project, estimates were high along with timelines, etc.Contractor Larry knew exactly your vision along with knowledge on how to get all aspects of the project done. Tile, glass, lighting, counters, carpet and hardware at a very reasonable price. The timeline was perfect. His guys started the following week. “I had some water damage to part of my hardwood floors which required some minor repairs and sanding and refinishing throughout to match that area. The first contractor ghosted me. Jeff, Cimaco's owner, not only agreed to do the job for a fair price, but also to get it done the week before Christmas while I was out of town visiting family. Keith, the guy in charge of the work, and his assistant figured out how to do it without having to remove a couple of very large house plants. And Stacey, the office manager, was always a real pleasure to deal with. The floor looked like new.“
“When the floor is the first thing you see when entering our new construction home and flows into the great room it’s got to be flawless. We won’t have baseboards to hide or mask any installation issues. Well, Daniel’s crew hit a home run. The tile lined up with all corners and walls. And if you’re familiar with construction none of the walls are ever straight. The floor is level (unlike the company that did the installation and got stubbed toes at our previous home) The crew was on the job site when they said they were going to be. We also had other contractors working and Dan was extremely flexible working with us. It’s hard to find anyone in the business world who really wants to do whatever it takes to make their customer happy. “Currently having my master bathroom and closet remodeled and my first instinct was to go to floor and decor. I visited but in the entire room I could not find what I wanted. My Contractor asked me to check out Emser tile. They recently got off another project and the tile that arrived from another company had 4 different colors . What often happens it comes in batches from different locations such as Phoenix and Tucson. I walked into Emser and located my tile from the entrance. This place has a great selection yet not overwhelming. The quality of the tile I purchased was beautiful in the showroom. My contractor also stated that their tile comes with equal height. Apparently lower quality tile tends to be uneven and thus effect the project and appearance. I appreciated the recommendation“
