I love kundalini yoga. Yoga4all if the place offering this practice in midtown. The instructors are experienced, certified and teach with passion. Plus their accompanying music and the playing of the Gong is the cream onTop of any session.

My absolute favorite place to find my Kundalini yoga happiness in Tucson. I always look forward to catching yoga classes and reconnecting with the teachers. I feel at home in this studio. Great space, loving teachers, with lots of healing Kundalini yoga. Sant Kaur, Sat Ardas, Sant Saroop are the teachers I usually practice with, but I'm looking forward to practicing with the recent additions. Sat Nam!
