New to a service? Sam talks you through each step and explains anything new. The level of care you will receive here is intentional, personalized, and rooted in deep expertise.
I’ve had the pleasure of doing yoga under Sam’s direction and her genuine kindness and expertise made it such a fantastic experience. You get the sense upon first meeting her that she truly cares about the people she comes in contact with and is a true student of her craft(s). Sam is a thoughtful massage therapist that truly listens to concerns and issues, and modifies each session accordingly.
