Alie and his teachers at Om Yoga have built an amazing yoga community in Tucson; they are welcoming, knowledgeable and personable. Classes are varied, challenging and well taught. Alie is committed to building authentic community amongst his yogis, and he is intentional with planning inclusive, fun and varied events to bring people together. Highly recommend!

I've been practicing at Om Yoga Tucson for over five years now ... and I still give it a 5-star rating. I started with Aerial classes to learn something new ... and fun ... and still after 5-years consistently incorporate Aerial classes into my yoga practice. I also took advantage of the diverse offering at Om Yoga: From Acro-yoga, to Fitness Yoga, to classical yoga classes like Vinyasa, and even Workshops (like the Handstand workshop) to international yoga retreats. Given the offering and of course the top-quality, experienced Yoga instructors in all classes, it's the only Yoga studio I've been visiting in the Tucson area for years now. 5-stars to Om Yoga!

This is the best yoga studio I’ve been to. It’s the real deal. All the instructors are awesome and experienced. Coming here is VERY healing after two really hard years working in healthcare. I’m finally reconnecting my physical body with my mind and soul. Alie, the owner, who also happens to be a Doctor of Neuroscience (With an MS in Physiology & Kinesiology…!) is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, with great cueing throughout his class. This place shines bright. Why are you still reading this? Go take a class, you won’t regret it!
