A lovely experience today! Yvonne gifted a pride yoga class. I liked the way she guided us through the poses and how she cultivated a fun and accepting space. It was a great way for me to get back on the mat!

Been going here for almost six months now. This place is the best. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere. All instructors, down to the owner, will take time and explain everything. When looking at a few places this was the one that took time to explain the different styles of yoga and what would be good for me to start with. If you are looking for a place to do yoga this is it.

I did the restorative class with Kim, and it was so great! To anyone needing a class to just rest and breathe and release any tension or stress, this class is perfect for you! The studio is large allowing for space between people. They have tons of props to use in class which is awesome! Props always make classes more interesting!
