I have had such a positive experience at body central. My therapist is helping me gain mobility in both my hip and knee, and most recently with my new injuries. All the other team members are very friendly and helpful in helping me achieve my goals.

Cheryl and her student intern Izzy at the Ft. Lowell location helped me a great deal. They taught me helpful exercises to do at home and patiently answered my many questions. Over the years I've had many good experiences with therapists at Body Central. Highly recommend!

Robin was a pleasure to work with. She helped me learn coping exercises, and massage techniques to help with pain, and improved body strength. She's, a very skilled PT, and I enjoyed working with her very much. Her assistant Aubrey is also on point, always available to help out, and take over. As well as the other assistant, whose name escapes me. They both know thier stuff, and are great at what they do. I highly recommend Body Central PT!!
