Brian, the owner, came out to visit my in-laws home and to help assess a few different plumbing problems and needed updates. As someone in the home-service industry, it's always a good sign to see an owner deeply involved in the day to day estimating and work of the company, and in my experience, usually a very good sign of the quality and consistency of the work to be delivered. Communication with Brian and his team was strong from my first contact up through the morning of the estimate. He arrived in the stated window and provided a no-nonsense, down-to-earth approach to the way he addressed my questions and concerns. Gilbert was on time, polite, sent me a text that he was on his way, was wearing a clean and pressed uniform shirt. The outside faucet and all the irrigation stuff he replaced looks great.
Yes and we are SOOOO happy with the results. Brian is such a good asset to his company. He not only explained everything but showed us the video screen as he was putting the video cable through the drain pipe. We would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.
