I've been following Josh a few years now. Every time I visit him my results are so rewarding! Goodnight's sleep and pain free. Less sweet cravings too. Very effective treatment! Josh really knows the spots! He's spot on! I highly recommend!

Ashley is an extremely talented and knowledgeable acupuncturist. Her treatments have enhanced my health holistically, and we have been working on and uncovering depths of wellbeing that I did not even know were possible!

I have had the pleasure of meeting both practitioners and I feel they both are very amazing. Kind and non judgmental. They make you feel very safe and welcomed into their space. They took the time to actively listen to my concerns and issues I was having and were very knowledgeable. I was really nervous my first visit because I have never had acupuncture in such an open setting but I found I really like it. It was very comfortable and very relaxing. I am always amazed at how our bodies will respond when given what it needs to rebalance itself. I feel very blessed i found their studio.

Currently operating out of Rooted Integrative Wellness, licensed acupuncturist Josh Whiteley treats on a sliding scale of $60- 90 for return patients and $100 for new patients. You always pay what works for you, no income verification needed. We treat pain, stress, digestive complaints, sleep support, gynecological issues, headaches, anxiety, depression, among other issues. Most conditions will have a positive benefit from acupuncture.
