Jennifer and her helper did a very thorough job on our move-out cleaning. They arrived early, and we told them how much we had to spend; they worked all day, concentrating on the most important areas. We touched up the simpler things (like mopping) the next day. The property manager said it looked great, and he didn't see any need for further cleaning.Service: Moving-related cleaning

Jennifer and Flat Rate Maids did a move out clean for me and they did great work. They were very responsive, arrived when they were scheduled to come out, were reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations. I would use their services again in the future. Highly recommend.
