“These two brothers made a great work for our house floor tile. They covered mexican kind tile with special solution 3 times. We didn't ask them to move furniture, but they did it and put "stain" everywhere. Now our tile is clean and shiny. Was on time and their price was very reasonable. Next time will use this company again“

“This is my first-time using MAIDS BY TRADE and I am over the moon delighted with their professionalism, attention to detail, and DRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE! Melisa scheduled my appointment and confirmed the appointment the day before via email. Raz and his assistant called 30 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival they requested a detailed account of each room to be cleaned. They reviewed the objectives and worked feverously until completion. Raz then asked that we review each room to ensure we were satisfied with the cleaning. They brought their own cleaning items, dusted all of my shutters, fans, light fixtures, removed all of the kitchen countertop items to clean counters, cleaned stove and removed the stove knobs, and even cleaned my microwave! The bathtub and showers were left shining as well as the fixtures. I am so pleased with the service that I have booked the same team for once a month for the next 5 months. In September This Clean House sent a crew of 2 to clean terrible job, but this time was different.The owner made good on his promise to make things right and sent another "NEW" crew out to clean the way it should have been done the first time.Rachel, Paloma and Linda M were fabulous and very thorough to make sure my home was cleaned properly.Based off the owners integrity and commitment to making sure his customers are 100% satisfied I would recommend them. Just make sure you ask for these three ladies. Rachel was wonderful and so nice. “Ok service. Small two bedroom apartment >900sqft and their base service was like $225 I believe or around there… this was a move out cleaning and the add ones loved it to $350 (these were not like add ons like deep clean the rug, these were add ons like clean the inside of the fridge, clean inside the cabinets) I have other things going on in my life at the time and had this scheduled next day. They got it done. Probably won’t get my deposit back anyways, but I got the place cleaned. Hopefully will never have to use a service like this again. The good news is they were $150 cheaper than the other place I called.“
