Company has been very kind and thorough from the very beginning with the initial setup to our regular technician. Anthony did the inspection of the interior and exterior of our home. He carefully went thru each pest control plan and also gave a recommendation for what would be best for our home. Rick is our regular technician who comes out every other month! He was very professional yet super friendly. He walked me through potential problem issues and suggestions for prevention. From the inspection, to services, Pest Friends staff were friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They gave me estimates immediately on a tablet, did not pressure me to accept all the services offered, and showed uo on time to complete the services I selected. They understood my desire not to use certain chemicals to protect wildlife etc.
Awesome company great job and all of the team are great! We have used this company for almost four years. They have great service and I have not had any issues since they started treating my house.
