Great experience! Lou is very punctual and very involved in the entire process. He makes sure everything is correct before the tiles are set. They did a beautiful job! It was a difficult job to do as they had to correct the slab underneath and level it. His workers showed up every day ready to work and were always on time exactly. Very respectful crew! I will definitely recommend and use Floor Pride in the future.

Very happy with the results!!! Getting my floor tiled with Floor Pride was a great experience. I am going to recommend them to my friends and family for the following reasons:1) They took their time. You can see the craftsmanship. You are going to get well cut pieces, straight lines, and well laid grout/tile that will last.2) They communicated well. I could text Lou (the owner) any questions and received a quick response. Any delays were minimal and were communicated to me right away.3) They were professional and respectful during installation.
