I had my haircut last week just my usual healthy trim and I was very impressed by this salon. First of all, they are very welcoming and thoughtful. I asked them if they had a charger for my phone & they went above and beyond to make sure that they found one for me. The place feels really homey, they right away offered something to drink. They have a seating area where you can read books while you wait, and a take one leave one rule. I will make sure to bring a book next appointment. The aesthetic is impeccable, the plants really make you feel at peace. My stylist was blue and she was nothing short of amazing. Our conversations were genuine, it didn’t feel forced whatsoever. She made sure to keep asking me if I liked the haircut, and to get a feel of it before sending me on my way. During the hair wash she massaged my neck a little and let me tell you it was much needed (my neck has been stiff for months)!! I will certainly be going back to this salon. I highly recommend.

I recently got my hair done with Raquel and she did a fantastic job! After my hair was fried from over processing to blonde years ago, I had not touched my hair for nearly 4 years!! Best haircut I’ve had in years!Spent 20 years getting military haircuts weekly so those were just clipper cuts. Grew my hair out for a couple of years and never got a decent haircut so just started shaving it off. Kept doing that for 10 years until letting it grow past the shoulders. Got it trimmed frequently but it always looked terrible until making an appointment with Oty.She looked at a few pictures and went to work. I have been going for about 2 years. They are real busy and real popular with a solid client base. Only 2 barbers in the shop and it's got an old school Barbershop type feel.
They use an online service to schedule appointments with all slots posted weekly as a first come first serve sign up. It works well if you remember to do it, they book fast and walks-ins are not accepted.
That said, They stay on schedule and do a great job on the haircut.

I'm just going to add to the five star reviews. I went to Alison for the first time yesterday after letting my hair grow longer than I have since I was a kid. I had no idea what I wanted to do and Alison looked at pictures with me, told what would work, and then gave me a great cut (she also neatened up my beard). Along with being very warm and welcoming, she really is a consummate professional. I found my new barber.

Just got a perfect cut by Tessa at Legends Barbershop and had a great time! It was my first time there and definitely plan on returning. The shop is clean and the energy shared by everyone made a great experience. Scheduling was easy with Tessa through Booksy and they also take walk-ins. Either way you’ll have a great time and leave feeling like a legend!
Also I heard them talking about their barber school next door and the level of standards they keep the students to. It’s nice to know they are masters of their craft and help others keep high standards. They’ve definitely earned my business and plan on becoming a regular. I have to say you pay what you get for, and no people good is not cheap. I love love the people here, I love their products and oh man don’t I love my skin, I would pay anything for my skin. And they do know what they are doing, my face was a mess since I moved here and in just a couple of days using their products my face is almost back to normal, my skin is so much better, and I’m tanning beautifully, as long as I’m here they will be my go to for my skin needs. On top of how sweet, great minded and great customer service they provided, they are helping my poor skin in this dry weather.
I LOVE this place! The owner is the nicest, sweetest lady? She pays attention to detail and is a stickler about cleanliness. Good prices & there 6 or 7 beds I think to choose from. My fave is the standing & the one with red light therapy. There's always ice cold water on hand. The bathroom is always extremely clean as well!

The salon itself is beautiful....VERY clean and well maintained. I've tried beds at every level and they all offer great results. My husband and I both were skeptical of doing red light therapy, but as soon as we tried it, we knew there was no going back.

I called for an appointment same day as I was running behind on finding a nail salon to do a new set for a party. They were sweet enough to schedule me for an hour from my call time. I arrived and was seen almost immediately by Amy. She did a wonderful job, she was very detail oriented. When one of the nails didn't dry correctly she fixed it immediately! The gentleman who cashed me out was very kind and helped me sign up for the reward system. I am excited I found such a good nail salon near our new house. I hope to come back for a pedicure and rebase. The cost was very reasonable for the amazing quality I got. If they last as good as they look they will have just got a new, regular customer in me!

Ashley is great! I had a bad haircut from a month ago and decided that the cheap chain haircutters are no longer worth it. I have a convention to go to this weekend and decided now was the time to get it fixed. I texted Ashley while crossing my fingers that she had an opening. She got me in the next day. When I leave SunCare, my skin is plump and glowing. I purchased their Premier All Access plan and am loving it. The staff has been patient with answering my MANY questions and the equipment is clean and well maintained. The manager, Melissa, was especially nice.
I hadn't expected to enjoy their red light therapy bed as much as I do, but a surprise bonus is that the 15 minutes in it, warm and cozy like a cocoon, is sooo relaxing! I work approximately 60 hours per week and this is the perfect way to squeeze in a moment of zen, meditative me time. The simultaneous beauty benefits are a nice bonus!
I went in to have a few dark spots and skin tags removed. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was! She was even able to do it along with my relaxing facial appointment. I thought it would have to be done at a separate time so I was happy I got to have my relaxing facial massage at the same appt.

We booked the spa out to celebrate my upcoming wedding and the team was amazing!! The massages were elite, the charcuterie was divine! We enjoyed bubbles and wine, incredibly refreshing fruit infusers water and such comfort while at the Spa at Hotel Chaco. Jana was wonderful and helped arrange everything So that it was perfect. The entire team was warm and so lovely making this experience a dream! Will absolutely be back and cannot wait!

I went to Zia Esthetics to get lash extensions and received the best customer service. I felt at home and had a genuinely amazing conversation with my lash tech Savannah. My lashes came out gorgeous and despite how last minute the appointment was, she was efficient and flexible with my complicated schedule. My ex wife went in to get an inner thigh tattoo covered up. Both David and Brian refused to do it because of their Christ like values. Apparently there had been some allegations (lies) in the past. So David decided to no longer touch areas of women that were meant to only be touched by their husbands. Just walking in the ambience was beautiful. The receptionist was drawing like a Medusa tattoo, it was tight. I was a walk in, I told them what I wanted and it was a pretty blonde that was like I got an appointment in 30 minutes but I can knock it out real quick. She did,she was gentle, I barely felt it. Definitely recommend this experience..I will be going back

My artist is Tamera. I have been going to her for almost 3 years now. She has done all of my tattoos. I could not have asked for a better more creative artist to make my ideas a reality. She is super friendly even when she is super busy. Due to the quality of work she does, she is booked out for several months. As someone who is constantly in her shop, the wait is worth it! The range of her art styles are beyond immaculate and she is very honest with her customer base when talking about what can or can't be done. She holds her standards high and it shows. Regardless of what you are looking for, I highly recommend this shop!
I totally forgot to write a review on this place! It's amazing, called ahead of time and booked an appointment, we got there like super quick and on time, soon as we made it inside we went ahead and got our piercings. The guy was super funny and chill, the space was clean and it was painless. I went here in like October last year for my snakebites and my brothers eyebrow, both of ours healed super quick and easy. When we went to pay we had to go buy jewelry prices though lol, expensive but 100% worth it! Stacey was so helpful over the phone when we had ANY questions. My fav place like ever!

Although I have yet to enlist their services, they will be the FIRST business I call for any professional work needed! I took on a toilet valve replacement project myself but ran into a roadblock. After succumbing to my frustration, I searched for a professional near me. I called and spoke with Ernesto and explained my issue. He very well could have came out to complete the job himself and make a quick buck. The price he quoted was most certainly reasonable and he was clear that he was willing to do so but also took the time to walk me through what I needed to do and even sent a couple of links for the precise tool I needed to fix it. I thanked him, went out to purchase the tool needed, regrouped after swearing up a storm, and completed the job. Which I would have not been able to do, without his guidance, honesty, and graciousness.
Dom replaced my hot water heater tonight at 5pm, because he was going out of town and didn’t want to leave me without hot water. His worked on it for three hours, removed all the old equipment, and left the area spotless. Super friendly too. Will definitely be using Dom again in the future. Highly recommend him.

The South Valley in Neighboor is a place that takes you back in time. D B plumbing & Heating is a family owned place, they have been in business for more than 36 years. I was in need of a adapter to use my my garden hose from my kitchen sink. I did not want to go to huge store and stand around asking for help. I went to D B plumbing & Heating. I had all my question answers and the adapter no problem. I was in and out in no time. I hook my hose to the sink and got my project done. I cut time you need anything related to plumbing, and in the area. It’s good support neighbor stores.

Highly recommend! My AC went out after a 100 degree day and they quickly resolved the issue. Great communication from start to finish, including texts regarding the technician's arrival. Zach quickly diagnosed the problem, explained how the unit works, and replaced the necessary parts. He got my nearly 20 year old unit running again for under $1000.

You can’t ask for a more honest electrician than Mike. I called McDonald Electric and Mike was here in twenty minutes. In short order, he pinpointed the problem. It was our microwave oven, not the circuit breaker. Mike told me he wasn’t going to charge me for identifying a broken microwave. When I offered to buy his lunch, he declined. It’s reassuring to know there are good people in this world. If you need a good and honest electrician, I recommend you call McDonald Electric!
We have used Kimbrough Electric for all of our electrical needs since moving into a new house three years ago. We've had new light fixtures installed, existing fixtures moved, dimmers installed, and switches moved and changed. When we remodeled our backyard, they did all the new electrical work from scratch. Most recently David installed three new can lights in our bathroom along with replacing a closet light fixture and adding a new accent light to the hallway. He was professional and efficient, and the work is superb as always. I highly recommend this company!

I hired Bulldog for an EV charger installation, and they provided excellent service. They came out to look at my situation then offered two options explaining benefits and limitations of both. They didn’t try to sell me very hard on the more expensive one but provided neutral advice. After receiving my charger from amazon, they came the next day and installed it. They told me they could come between 1 and 1:30 and were actually at my door at 12:59! And then i got a proper invoice in the email and online payment option via quickbooks. I really wish all my contractor experiences in Abq were like this. Thoroughly recommend them.

We recently purchased our home and found some electrical issues with one of the circuits in the house. I'm pretty handy, but I know my limitations regarding electrical issues. I called an electrician, and he diagnosed the issue, fixed the open neutral issue, and got the circuit back up and operating. He recommended replacing some older outlets to ensure this problem doesn't occur in the future. The service was prompt, the price was very reasonable, and this electrician was great. If something further comes up, I won't hesitate to give him a call for help.

Very honest, reliable Company. They repaired a refrigerator for me but the repair failed. The owner, Mr. Ed, came to my home with the original repairman to see why there was still a problem. After working on it for 30 minutes they determined that there was a short in the system which was really not worth repairing. Mr. Ed wrote me a check, on the spot, for the cost of the original repair minus the service call! I find this an amazing resolution. Fair, honest, reliable and friendly! Can't recommended them more highly!
They fixed my air compressor correctly! After another shop worked on my motor and didn't fix it, these guys did fix it correct. It has been about 6 months and no issues. I will only go to these guys from now on when I need a motor rebuilt.

These guys are amazing. I was in the middle of trying to install my new security door lock around 7 PM on a Saturday night when something went wrong and I just could not get it done. They were here within about an hour and it only cost 60 bucks to have it properly installed.

I had my 2015 VW Jetta’s key slide off the FOB and was unable to start my car. Earnest and his daughter helped us to select a beautiful antique rug for our den, after we looked through many style options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the provenance of all the rugs he had on display from various countries, and took time to answer all our questions and to explain the meanings of the different colors and markings used by the modern and the older weavers. I had done my homework before we went to the rug gallery, so I knew what prices to expect. Earnest offered a very fair price for the rug we purchased, lower than I had seen in my homework. The rug was promptly shipped by the gallery to our home without any problems and arrived in good condition with a special rug pad that Earnest precut to fit our rug exactly. I am very satisfied with my experience and intend to shop here again for future rug needs. The variety of colors and styles is really amazing. I give this establishment the highest rating.

They cleaned doors, windows, appliances, floors, bathrooms of course, but they also took dead leaves off of houseplants and arranged items nicely on countertops and tables. I'm so impressed by Mini Maids. I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer and am undergoing chemotherapy for 18 weeks. A friend told me about Cleaning for a Reason which is a nonprofit where kind people donate cleaning sessions to people in cancer treatment. I registered for cleaning session and was called by Mini Maid to set up a session within 24 hours!! I was so pleasantly shocked! Today I had one of my two sessions and I can say that my house looks and smells terrific. Sal and his crew remodeled my kitchen last month. It was my first remodel ever, and I was very nervous as I had no idea what to expect. But, from start to finish, it was such an excellent experience!My smallish galley kitchen had just turned 30 and was definitely in need of an update. I worked with Sal and Lydia to combine my ideas with theirs, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The custom made cabinets are beautiful, as are the new quartz counters, tilework, lighting, and appliances. Sal coordinated everything and communicated with me on a daily basis as to who would be arriving, when they would arrive, and what they would do. He often stopped by to check on the progress and touch base with me. The crew also did a great job cleaning up at the end of every work day.Sal had said that the remodel would take 4 weeks, and that is exactly how long it took. To the day! Throughout the process, I felt respected and always in the loop.I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of Enchantment Cabinetry. I contracted Mark and Marjorie for a major remodel to my house. The result well exceeded my expectations. Their expertise, hands on approach, and the craftsmanship and work ethic of their entire team of subcontractors is top notch and unmatched.Marjorie worked with me for almost a year to design the perfect remodel for my house. It involved moving doors, windows, walls, relocating plumbing through several places in the slab, a complete electrical rewiring plan, rerouting HVAC ducting, punching holes through the roof – this was a BIG project. Through the entire design process, Marjorie and Mark were very resourceful, developing some great design ideas. At the same time, they were very communicative and really listened to my concerns, coming up with very cool and innovative solutions.When the work started, the value of their detailed preparation became apparent. Everything had been accurately planned for and measured to the fraction of an inch. When surprises did arise, they were on it. They were on site every day, answering my questions, responding almost immediately to my phone calls and concerns without fail. This wasn’t just my house – I really felt as though it was “our” house. They are totally invested, and their number one concern was providing a quality product, making me happy with a job well done.I also mentioned their team of subcontractors – absolutely outstanding craftsmen, each and every one, with a solid work ethic the likes of which I have never before experienced from builders and contractors. Each person, boss and assistants, the framers, the electricians, drywall guys, painters, flooring guys, finishers, cabinet makers, plumbers, quartzite countertop fabricators – every single one is an expert, and a real pleasure to work with, incredibly courteous, and extremely conscientious. Really too many to mention here, but you will be absolutely blown away by Joaquin, a magician with wood. Lorenzo holds it all together and makes it all run like a well-oiled machine. Hugo and Ramon are artists with rock.I really can’t say enough good things about Mark, Marjorie, and AD&R. I’ve heard that remodeling is usually a pretty awful, tedious, and stressful ordeal. Not with this team. They made the entire process -- from planning, to demo, to construction, to finishing, even cleaning – a rewarding and satisfying experience. Before AD&R, I wasn’t very happy with my house, but now, after AD&R, I really, truly love my house and plan to stay here forever, ONLY because of their hard work. I feel like I’m living in something out of a designer magazine. Stay local with this world class team. Stop looking – you’ve just found the best remodelers in the area.
I needed to have my electric gate opener installed, I called More than Gates, Dana set up the appointment with there team. They arrived at my home, installed the gate opener in a timely manner. Very professional and clean work was done. Thanks for the great Job.
Dreaded having to restucco my house. Hud stucco missing from over the nails that hold the wire netting, various cracks, small damage from window replacements, and an area about 2' by 2' where the stucco fell off because of a leaking water bib. The stucco was over 16 years old. While researching stucco companies, I came across Stucco Solutions. I called Steve Abbott to see if repair was a viable option to a complete stucco job. Well bottom line is, I saved thousands, stucco looks good, the repair under the hose bib looks like it never happened. I'm very impressed with Steve. He has a great work ethic, is a stickler in getting it right. He knows what he is doing and his work seems to express his knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to doing the best job possible. While I don't know him other than his work, he is one of the nicest and most straight up guys I've ever done business with. His business is small and he won't put up with a worker that attempts to "cut corners." So thankful there is a business like Steve's.

Everything was done on time, and we were consulted about everything. The work was professionally done, and we expect to have this remodeled porch for many years. I didn't evaluate the cost, because I didn't get competitive bids. Kyle was the first contractor I talked with, and it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. Since his bid was around what I expected it to cost, I thought there was little point in getting additional bids.

Rudy was great. I was in a time crunch and needed my backflow preventer repaired or replaced. He scheduled me in quickly and when there was a cancelation, he called me and came right over. He was very professional and freindly we talked about several options including a rebuild or replacement, really helpful. Unbelievable service. David came out right away and gave us a great estimate. He was very personable, knowledgeable and courteous. He was pretty booked up but was able to squeeze us in after a few days. David and his crew showed up right on time and immediately got right down to business. I came to the office today and got my permanent crown. It fit perfectly and I didn’t have to do any grinding with that blue paper over and over. This is very unusual because with every other dentist I have ever gone to, the adjustments with a new crown could take 30 or more minutes. Also, the staff is very warm and helpful. STICK TO HIS PLAN & IT WORKS! Dr. Downs has been an answered prayer in my life. I met him several Groupon years ago & he told me then; that my neck was going to cause me issues. After my job loss, I stopped going because I couldn't afford his plan at the time. Several yrs later knock knock here are the health issues Dr. Downs advised were going to appear; anywhere from the chronic migraines to the sciatica neuropathy. If anyone has experienced any of those know the pain... I had to suck up my pride and go back to Dr. Downs. TLDR: Affordable, easy to schedule, caring staff, efficient, honest, and did not push sales of other services or medications.
I made an appointment with them because they were the only veterinary clinic that could see my dog in under a month.
I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and caring the staff was and the short wait time to be seen. The veterinarian clearly explained what happened to my dog, Patellar luxation, and what I would have to do in the long run about this. Apparently it is common and will happen again.
She did not push surgery, medication, or any other unnecessary medical treatments for my dog. On the contrary she explained that proper vigilance and swift action thereafter would be the best long term treatment. She explained multiple surgeries would cause scare tissue and may be counter productive in terms of treatment.
Now the price was much less than I had imagined. For context at TLC I paid $300 for them to examine my dog when she had the flu. I didn't recieve any medication and was told to feed her baby food. Here they examined my dog explained treatment options and I only paid $65. It would have been 130, but they offered me a half price discount for it being my first visit.
I came to them because I had no other choice. But their treatment, kindness, and honesty made me decide to make them my new go to veterinary clinic for my dogs.
Dr. Smith is the kindest person! She and her team are friendly, caring, and respectful of individual concerns regarding costs. They are transparent with fees and offer options for approaching problems/diagnoses/treatments.
Desert Hills also does everything they can to address urgent matters (they are not an emergency clinic but will direct you.)
The clinic itself is spotless, bright, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The vets and staff here are excellent. They really take the time to explain treatment options and even present options outside of their clinic. They are also very responsive when urgent issues arise. They also provided information on how to reduce the cost of RX medication. While it may take a little longer to get the initial appointment, they are well worth the wait.
Dr Wilson is not just a great doctor of Oriental medicine for animals, she is a GREAT veterinarian, period. I have multiple experiences where she saved our pets, but I'll share the two most important.My wonderful dog was diagnosed with lymphoma at 14 years of age. It was clear very quickly that chemotherapy was not going to be a great fit and could cause more harm than good. The only option that Western veterinary medicine can provide was to put her on prednisone and they informed me that that would keep her alive and comfortable for about 12 weeks prior to a harsh prednisone crash. Anxious to provide my dear Lana with a softer landing to transition into death I called Dr Wilson who we had seen for a variety of reasons over the years. (Her acupuncture is particularly helpful for ailments like arthritis.) I took a leap of faith and decided to try Dr Wilson's treatments and was prepared to put Lana back on the prednisone if she was suffering. However, the prednisone was not necessary. The combination of Chinese herbs and acupuncture were miraculous. Lana didn't live the mere weeks that they had assured me was all she had left. She continued to thrive going for walks and enjoying her meals for a full 14 MONTHS after her lymphoma diagnosis! I know Dr Wilson can't always guarantee these types of outcomes, but I will always be indebted to the woman who gave my dog a whole extra year of quality life and comfort and a chance for a more comfortable and dignified death.Her protocols also helped our cat avoid bladder surgery when we had been told there was no other option. And she also saved our dear cat's life because when our usual veterinarians looked at the X-rays during an acute illness they said they didn't see anything. When I sent the x-rays to Dr Wilson, she looked and told me she believed that cat was having a medical emergency that required an ultrasound as soon as possible. Turned out she was right! Our cat was suffering from an acute case of pancreatitis and thanks to Dr Wilson we were able to catch it in time to save her life.For pain management, arthritis, and just general improvement while struggling with chronic conditions Dr Wilson is a remarkable clinician. She is a vet who cares and has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience to drop on. I cannot recommend her enough. We will always be grateful.

What a great team! They have been so kind and helpful. They explain things very well and answer all questions clearly. The facility houses several veterinary specialists so do not be put off by the lack of signage on the exterior of the building identifying the dermatologist in specific. Ample parking to include several handicap parking spaces. The clinics have a consolidated reception desk who greet you on arrival and then notify the clinic that you have arrived.
The staff of the dermatology clinic are very friendly. Things will move quickly if you have filled out the paperwork they send you ahead of time. Both the RNs and Dr. Mount are super friendly and were able to put my cat at ease. They take time to see if you have any questions and do an excellent job explaining the diagnosis.
They are the only veterinary dermatologist in the state of NM so you may find that the wait time for initial appointments are longer than one might expect. However, I can strongly recommend this clinic for pet ear issues and/or skin issues.

He came back quickly with the service I asked for and he didn't look scared. I will be using them again very soon. Thank you so much for treating my Harold so kindly.
So happy with their work. I was nervous about taking in my dog as he is very nervous and has never been groomed. They assured us they deal with dogs like this and that everything would be ok. That took away some of my anxiety and by the time I picked him up I was so relieved that he did well and that they did such good work on him. Thank you guys!

I called on Sunday 9-22-24 to ask about nail trim. I was told they take walk-ins. I asked if I could go right away and was told I could. When I got there I was told only 1 groomer who couldn't take my dog. What a waste of time, the lady I spoke to on the phone shouldn't have told me I could go in. ***I'm updating my review since I did get a response regarding my complaint. Lucy apologized and offered a nail on them. I'll be taking him in on Dec 2nd.***

I loved Tru Hot Yoga! I am familiar with hot yoga but a very beginning beginner. I took the hot mobility course that had a lot of dynamic movement. The instructor Julie Trujillo was great - very clear, good at demonstrating and made even the hard flows seem very possible. The vibe is great - everyone was relaxed, and it didn't feel judgy at all.

I have practiced yoga for nearly 40 years (which placed me at an age far above the students in the class.) However - everyone was incredibly inclusive. The studio is spacious, clean, basically fabulous with everything you could ever need to be successful in your practice. My class was amazing and the playlist knocked me out! They even threw in the Stone’s Moonlit Mile - that was a first for me in any class. I wish I lived in ABQ and could go here - glad that it is an awesome spot for two of my favorite UNM MD students to unwind and “not think” for an hour a few times a week!

This is a great studio. I love location and the fact that it is a smaller, more intimate studio compared to most of the studios I've practiced at. I have enjoyed all of the classes I've taken here, but I'd like to recognize two classes/instructors specifically. Rachel with aerial yoga: Rachel has a true gift for guiding people through their practice. She is kind, encouraging and so genuine. You can feel the passion she has for yoga and it's contagious:) I look forward to aerial yoga every week and I also just look forward to seeing Rachel. Her energy is calming and the mix between the music she picks, her unique flows she plans and her positive thoughts she shares... I always feel significantly better at the end of practice ( both mentally and physically ). It's not often you find people like her. The second instructor I'd like to recognize is Jake on Thursday evenings: Jake always greets everyone with such a welcoming smile, I look forward to seeing him. He is very thoughtful about what every attendee would like to focus on and how their body is feeling. He does a great job of making each class unique and challenging. I also love his humor during class which creates a lighthearted environment like you are enjoying a class with a friend. A beautiful studio, I'm glad I am able to attend!

Whether you live in or are visiting Albuquerque and want to take a Pilates class or two, this is your place. Lourdes is a fantastic teacher who watches over each of her attendees as if they were in a private class. The reformer machines are in excellent shape and she has additional torture (haha) machines that are put to good use. I highly recommend!

I have disk degeneration in my back and chronic pain in my hip and never in a million years would have thought I could move the way I have been since starting at Somos. I feel exceptionally cared about by Meredith, Yarrow, Maureen and Frances. I feel stronger and more capable than I have in over 4 years. I am so proud of myself and am incredibly grateful! I was looking for an effective, painful adhesion relieving massage. Tavia worked on areas I asked for, and tight areas she found. Her sense of touch was skillful and intuitive. I like deep pressure to cause healthy change, and she provided that. I will be returning for great massage.

When I began with Artistry in Motion, I was in sever pain and couldn’t tie my shoes. Getting out of bed in the morning and getting out of the car was excruciatingly painful and often brought me to my knees and a crawl. It was bad!!After a doctor visit, X-ray, chiropractic visit, I was referred to Artistry in Motion.I was met by very competent and concerned clinicians with my recovery and healing, of the sciatic pain, at the top of their list. I received very thorough assessment; tests of motion, abilities and inabilities and answered questions about the place and type of pain.Artistry in Motion started me with movements and stretches and assured me that if I was diligent, I could be helped and return to normal life.I received expert instruction and demonstration, in my hour long sessions, and was helped to understand how to do the physical therapy movements properly by the clinician. Daily reminders and video clips of the movements were sent to assure I had the best at home therapy sessions between visits.Today I can tie my shoes, squat without pain and get out of bed with 85 percent less pain. I have had multiple neck and back surgeries and I was referred to Peak Motion by a medical professional. I have done A LOT of PT over the years and PM is the best facility I’ve ever gone to.
When I first went to PM, it was after neck fusion number two and back surgery number 5, also a fusion. I was using a walker at home and a cane outside the house. I was a mess.
The people at PM, both the multiple therapists and the techs that help them, are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you get better. They all learn your name and help if needed to get you started and to make sure that you’re doing the exercises correctly.
The facility is spotless and is full of all the high quality equipment necessary to rehabilitate whatever type of injury you suffered.
The facility is awesome, but it’s really the PEOPLE that make PM a great place to go for PT. They push you in a positive way while you see the improvements in your daily life.

I highly recommend Apex for your physical therapy needs. My sessions were never rushed and the variety of therapy exercises was extensive. I also appreciate how they sent me home with exercise print-outs, so I could do the therapy exercises/stretches at home, which I still do. Very qualified therapists! I will certainly utilize them again if I ever need any type of therapy.

Dr. Chu is the BEST! Very knowledgeable and willing to explain what she is doing. I don't think I could live without her at this point - she is a true miracle worker for me and my aches and pains. She takes time to figure out how best to help and even when she is very busy, she never rushes the patient care.

I visited Red Root during my visit to Albuquerque and had the privilege to take a workshop with visiting healer, the lovely Reverend Virginia Rincon. Before the workshop, some friends had the opportunity to peruse the wide array of herbs and plants offered by store. It had to be the largest selection I've ever seen! Thank you Kate for answering all of our questions. I'd also love to give a big shout out to Dra. Mónica Lucero! She is a light in every room and inspires -- the community is lucky to have such a great practitioner in their midst. Unfortunately I didn't have time to get treatment during my visit, but the interactions I observed between client and practitioner reassures that Red Root is dedicated to providing care kindly, with vast knowledge, and professional excellence.
Dr. Zhao is an amazing practitioner. He has helped several members of my family, including myself. I have seen several practitioners over the years, but Dr. Zhao is very knowledgeable and has delivered the best results. He will thoroughly explain the process and how to achieve healing. Acupuncture has saved me since I broke my back 35 years ago in two car accidents, one of which almost took my life. It has kept me functional and my pain under control. I've seen numerous acupuncturists since my partial discectomy, which was later followed by a spinal fusion, until I found East West Acupuncture. Dr Alexia is by far the best acupuncturist I've ever seen. Not only is she well educated and knows her biz, she's thorough, caring, and works to get you in for care. Recently Dr Alexia began an innovative treatment of my scar tissue (which is significant after two surgeries, one two inches long and another seven inches). I don't want to get too giddy yet, but after four treatments the difference is significant. I've begun to have moments where I have NO PAIN at all! Whether a miracle, answered prayers, or her expertise, I don't care. I can't recommend her enough!

So great if you have tired feet or just need a little relaxation and pampering! Many options for length of service and type... I always get a 60 minute foot massage and my husband gets a 60 minute combo of back/foot. The couple who work there are so sweet and wonderful!!! There is definitely a language barrier, but they use a translator app in their phones if need be.

Coach Eddie was my instructor and I cannot thank him enough for his clear, concise advice as well as his direction and obvious passion for the work. I’m learning to drive a little bit later than my peers so driving is always a little nerve wracking, but he was able to give me tips on how to understand the road and the laws that guide us on it. Amazing customer service and an instructor that is competent and cares is what one will receive at Coach Al’s. Thanks Coach!
Went in for the driver improvement class on a Saturday. It was more than I thought. The video's were very informative and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this class. Not just if you got a ticket but for the knowledge you get out if it. 10/10
The workers there are very friendly and charismatic, which makes you feel confident with people you don't know. The best of all is that it is by appointment, so you don't feel that pressure of the place being full of people you don't know and everyone watching. I am very grateful ☺️ and I recommend it 100%, I hope there are always charismatic and pleasant workers like the ones I had in my exam. This company is now teaching my 3rd driver. My oldest went here and is an amazing aware driver. She appreciated the interactions with the instructors and received quality and meaningful feedback from them. My second took Driver’s Ed in school-the instructors did not demonstrate real knowledge of the road and my second struggles to drive well. My third-has thus far been given supreme instruction in driver’s education-if he fails it is not on the shoulders of these instructors; he has been given sufficient opportunities to get the instruction down! Additionally, they are helpful and have totally worked with our schedule since we are from out of town. I am totally impressed with this cohort of educators-they take their job seriously and the no nonsense approach to driving is a breath of fresh air! They have kept us informed via email-if we have any concerns-though busy-they take that minute to make sure these are alleviated.
I cannot say enough about how amazing this school is-if you can bring your children here they will ensure our children are well-equipped to take on any challenge related to training them to be safe in a situation that may otherwise harm them or others indefinitely! I will certainly be visiting them with my 4th! Love this place!!!
