At Artistry in Motion I got the therapy I needed to work through a knee injury that was causing a lot of stress and interference with my day to day activities. Their approach involves really listening to the patient and honoring their priorities. Because of this, my sessions there have provided additional help that I didn’t even know I needed, in order to keep safely increasing my strength and mobility while continuing the activities that are critical to my physical and mental health. I especially appreciate the clear explanations to support the exercises that are prescribed.

I came to Artistry in Motion with multiple recurring acute and chronic issues. Competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding has put a serious amount of stress on my body and I have run into the same recurring injuries and pains. In my initial evaluation at Artistry in Motion, I performed multiple movements and within minutes was made aware of movement patterns and mobility issues that have resulted in strains and pains over the years. After a car accident two years ago, and despite working with several other therapists (including a physical therapist, a chiropractor, and an acupuncturist), I still did not have a full range of motion in my neck. Worse, I was experiencing persistent vertigo and was unable to resume a full range of activities – including both day-to-day functions and exercise.Working with Artistry in Motion has helped me make sustained progress and regaining function and ability.
