The crew from Benchmark impressed us in every way: professional, courteous, hardworking and meticulous. They refinished our wood floors and we are very happy with the results. Josh was wonderful - personable and passionate (he gave me a good education on the whole process). We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

This review is long overdue. After a botched attempt at refinishing our floors by some random that our dirtbag contractor hired, the original wood floors in our house were nearly destroyed. We called Bruce to see if he and his crew might be able to salvage them, expecting to have to pay an arm and a leg. Not only were Bruce and his crew able to save our floors, but they did it for less than the general contractor was going to charge us. Bruce and his crew were amazing, incredibly professional, and worked some sort of magic to be able to save our 70-year-old hardwood floors after the carnage that had been inflicted upon them. We live in a house that has floors that were originally laid in the 40s. We had some staining that had been there since we moved in and some gaps that had been filled and the filler was coming out. Benchmark came out took the wood out where the gaps were located and salvaged what wood they could. They then relaid the area mixing new wood and salvaged wood. Once that was done, they sanded everything down, restrained and polyurethaned the area. We did two rooms and a hall that abutted two other rooms that we did but do. The color match was spot on.
