If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Excellent service and overall a wonderful place. I'm a seamstress that works in the film industry and have bought both my sewing machine and overlook machine from this place. Super high quality machines and supplies. They also offer classes as well as a free class on how to operate and care for the machine you purchase. You also get discounts as well if you've purchased a machine. I also was able to trade old machines in and receive a discount. The staff is super nice and very educated, willing to help customers and give advice for projects. Highly recommend this place!
I took two vacuums to this business. One that needs to be serviced & one that needed to be assembled. The price for assembly was very affordable & the service for the other vacuum was as well ??! They are in high demand so be prepared to leave your vacuum for about 2-3 weeks at this time. I was also able to get some fabric that I needed for another project! One stop shop 4 me I did not have to go to another location to find the fabric that I needed! I am so glad that I found this location ☺️! Thank you for your excellent customer service & assistance ❤️!
I've never been in the shop, but I can tell you why these people deserve five starts or more for customer service. Today I called and spoke with Randy about my sewing machine acting up. He asked me what it was doing and I expected to be told to bring it in. Instead, he told me to try changing the tension and IT WORKED!!! I was able to finish my chair cushion. No need to bring in my machine. This day and age, I was not expecting to have my problem addressed so professionally. Thanks to you, Randy!!
