I had another company try to light the furnace and then I called NCB Mechanical. Brandon inspected the GE furnace carefully and educated me on what was wrong. That gave me confidence in his expertise and I knew I found the right company in NCB Mechanical. They gave me a good estimate on a new Heil furnace. The Heil furnace is not only a replacement but an improvement! Brandon and Ryan installed the Heil furnace today and they were very professional and courteous and respected my home. After calling around, I found Tru Air. Their website said they were certified with Trane, which was a plus. I asked if they could work around my very tight schedule, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The kept up communication throughout the process. When I had questions about the service, the owner was even willing to answer. This is a stand up company that truly works with integrity. I will be reaching out to them first whenever I have future HVAC needs.“

I was in need of a adapter to use my my garden hose from my kitchen sink. I did not want to go to huge store and stand around asking for help. I went to D B plumbing & Heating. I had all my question answers and the adapter no problem. I was in and out in no time. I hook my hose to the sink and got my project done.
