My furnace required a new control/mother board. The parts I found online all would be 3-5 days for delivery. Thompson's sold me the part I needed the same day for the about the same price. Helped keep family happy. Thanks !
Thirty-year-old furnace failed on Friday night. First thing Saturday morning Thompson came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a houseful of space heaters. Scheduled replacement on Wednesday. They came out Wednesday and got it done. We couldn't be happier.
Your Service tech Ryan was on time, friendly and got services done in a timely manner. Explained questions I had. Thompson Heating and AC also got us an early appointment that was needed. Excellent!!
