I have been using Carlson since they installed my tank less water heater, heater, A/C and humidifier I think in 2017. They come at regular intervals to check/repair/replace/clean the various mechanical units. Dispatcher Chris always a joy to talk to and any tech they send always on time polite, very knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to all. Thanks Ryan!

I highly recommend B Carlson for any HVAC issues or overall maintenance. I just moved into a new home in Placitas, and I’ve been struggling with an unreliable thermostat. Andres Martinez from B Carlson arrived for a service call today, and he thoroughly checked out my HVAC system, replaced my thermostat, and got everything running perfectly. Andres was a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use B Carlson for any future heating/AC/plumbing needs.
