"Call NCB Mechanical" is great advice! (Like the commercial says.) My old GE furnace lasted at least 43 years but gave it up this year. I had another company try to light the furnace and then I called NCB Mechanical. Brandon inspected the GE furnace carefully and educated me on what was wrong. That gave me confidence in his expertise and I knew I found the right company in NCB Mechanical. They gave me a good estimate on a new Heil furnace. The Heil furnace is not only a replacement but an improvement! Brandon and Ryan installed the Heil furnace today and they were very professional and courteous and respected my home. Had a very good experience with NCB Mechanical. Their employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to explain and walk you through options in order to make decisions that work for the customer. Sometimes more than once for the technically challenged. Thank you!
My Furnace went down, upon inspection it was 50+ years old. The team over at NCB presented me with a quote to not only replace the furnace but also convert to refrigerated air my family couldn’t be happier with our new package unit installed by the great team over at NCB Mechanical. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!
