My gas fireplace wouldn't start around Thanksgiving time and the local, well-rated service providers I called first offered appointments after Jan 1, 2024. Sadly gave up for a while, but tried calling CPHC and was so happy to be scheduled the same week as my call.My technicians were prompt, courteous, professional, personable, and highly skilled. If you are thinking about giving them a call, I highly recommend that you do!!
Braden was very helpful and professional as he showed me how to light the pilot and then the fireplace. I was a little embarrassed for not figuring it out myself, but he was very understanding and told me many others have the same problem.
Mark and his team installed a Breezair cooler, removed two old coolers and capped one vent. They arrived on time, and were professional and conscientious. As an added bonus, Mark gave me the best of three bids. Highly recommended.
