The carpet tech called in advance and actually came early. He was polite and very thorough. Even though it was late afternoon and he still had another appointment to go to, he did not cut corners or act rushed. The carpet turned out great and we are very pleased with the experience.

Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning.No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians is super professional and friendly. And for all these reasons, there's no other carpet/tile cleaning service I've used or will use. I've been using Chem-Dry for several years now & each time I'm in awe as to how beautiful my carpet looks after cleaning. And my carpet is 25 yrs old! Fernando & his assistant (apologize for not remembering his name) were awesome! Fernando confirmed with me what I wanted done & gave me the total cost before getting started so that there's no misunderstanding. Professional, friendly & transparent.
