The cleaning and massive organizing I needed help with turned from overwhelming and impossible feeling into an uplifting experience. The woman who assisted me felt like a friend helping me and completion took just a couple hours due to her initiative and hard work. I did not constantly have to guide her. “This was a difficult job. My she shed had become storage/dog house/disaster area…and my sister announced she was coming for Xmas & wanting to stay in my she shed! She’s allergic to dogs & life in general. Because of it becoming a dog room I hadn’t cleaned in there for a while—the carpet that’s in there is old & stained & didn’t know how I was going to pull this off—in the past I’ve rented a rug doctor but I didn’t have time to fully clean—thankfully we found these ladies & they did a thorough cleaning & staged it so it looked beautiful (for a she shed) when I opened the door! The bathroom also looked amazing—the toilet is old & I thought it was stained but they got it back to its original porcelain white! I had extensive roof damage and a complicated restoration which took close to 4 months to complete. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and knowledgeable . It made the entire experience PAINLESS for me! I will forever be grateful to Anthony, the project manager assigned to my case, for attending to every detail imaginable every day. Scheduling was seamless with all the moving parts involved and Anthony made sure everything got done when he said it would, which is HUGE. All of the people I interacted with, from Karen in the business office, to all the subcontractors and workers, were highly competent and professional. And NEAT! “I'm so impressed by Mini Maids. I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer and am undergoing chemotherapy for 18 weeks. A friend told me about Cleaning for a Reason which is a nonprofit where kind people donate cleaning sessions to people in cancer treatment. I registered for cleaning session and was called by Mini Maid to set up a session within 24 hours!! I was so pleasantly shocked! Today I had one of my two sessions and I can say that my house looks and smells terrific. There were three, sweet, hard working ladies that cleaned my bathrooms, vacuumed, and washed my floors in a one hour session.
